Webroot Mobile

Hello! I have installed Webroot on my Galaxy Note 10.1 and it is not performing correctly.   I want to uninstall it and can't. I have gone to my applications manager and selected Webroot, and where I should have the option to (UnInstall) the button is NOT active.  Therefore I can't complete the task that route.   Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...........   Thanks!   Ben

Today I decide to remove webroot antivirus since is draining the battery of my nexus 4, without the antivirus my phone last longer.   Anyone else with the same issue?   Regards

Phone was replaced and put in old simcard and lgged into google play for all apps.  Webroot secure mobile was downloaded as is what I have on laptop webrot secure anywhere.  tried logging in and failed.  logged into laptop and reset password and secure password.  tried again setting up on phone and it failed.  I deleted the mobile phone from the laptop login and still cant start over.  Webrot secureanywhere on laptop is version 8.0.2.109,  mobile webroot secure anywhere mobile is version 3.1.0.4547   Help!

Webroot has been scanning my phone for 2 days straight and has killed my battery. It drains it almost faster than it charges. I have tried canceling the scan bit itbstarts right back up. What is going on?

I have downloaded the webroot mobile secure anywhere app using a number of different ways including using the following address either from my PC or through the webroot secureweb app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webroot.security.completebut after several uninstalls and re-installs, the webroot mobile app still refuses to accept my email/password combo. Both the webroot on my PC and the webroot secureweb app on the cellphone are OK with the email/password combo.Each time I say "add a device" on my PC, it shows me the page that tells me to download the app. I have repeated this many times over the past 4 hours to no avail - and yes I uninstall first each time. Any suggestions please? What other way can I download the paid app that would recognize the keycode and the email/password combo? Thanks in advance!

To anyone and everyone,                           I just today purchased the Secure Anywhere package. Unfortunately I am unable to add my iPhone     as a device. I have the apps on the phone and I can access the Secure Web browser, but the Secure Sync app will not accept my accurate Username and password - even though it is readily accepted on my laptop. What gives? Why is this so difficult?  I can't add my device when the app doesn't accept the correct User & Password.                                                           &n

I have been trying to log in to Password Management on the SecureWeb app for iOS devices. However every time I try, it tells me it ws unable to log me in. I make sure my email and password are correct (no missed characters, accidental capitalization, etc.) and still it won't log me in. Yet I can still log in to SecureAnywhere on my computer, so what's going on?

Hi Folks,   I have installed Webroot SecureSync and Secure Web into my iPhone fine but When I tried to open anyone among them there was a pop up enable and asking credentials how can I give that.   and is reallly iTunes necessary for installing Webroot SecureAnyWhere into iPhone(6.0). if yes How?   Could you please anyone help me out in this.   Thanks, Sathish

My Android phone OS was upgraded today to "ice cream sandwich", which wiped out all the apps.  Went to play.google.com to reinstall the apps.  Trying to reinstall "SecureAnywhere Complete" and "Webroot Security & Antivirus".  Getting the "Incompatible Application" warning while trying to launch "SecureAnyhere".   Incompatible with what?   I can not even close the warning screen, other than to minimize it.  This never happened before and I have no idea what is causing this and how to get past this.   Webroot please advise.   [Phone: Samsung Captivate Glide]

Hi I don't know if that's the right place to put this post. I find this quite confusing - when you search for Webroot Products you find these: Mac Security Android Mobile Security iOS Mobile Security However it seems that you can only buy Android Mobile Security as a sepaerate product. The rest of them is included in WSA. Am I correct? Or is there a way to purchase them separately?

Is there a way enter wildcards for blocked numbers. For example your getting calls from a place that has several number in a block like 111-222-3300 through 3320. Instead of having enter every number (21 numbers) is there a wild card that could be used (111-222-33XX)?   Thanks

Hi. I've got a concern about webroot on my android phone.   This evening while I was making a call, my phone came up with the "device locked" message. This is despite the fact that I had not activated any of the lost device protection actions, changed my sim card or done anything that should have resulted in my device being locked. I also noticed that the "emergency call" feature of the locked device screen didn't work - pressing it just prompted me to enter my password again, so had I needed to make an emergency call during this time I would have been unable to, which is a bit worrying.   I have since managed to unlock it by resetting my password online, but I am concerned about how it came to be locked in the first place. I use this phone for work, so if this were to happen again during the work day and prevent me from making or answering calls it would be a big problem for me.   Would anyone be able to let me know why my device

Hello,   When I login to 'mywebrootsecureanywhere' acccount I can see my protected pc's and mobile phone. So far so good. However, in the mobile security box I find that I have to look to my mobile device. So that is what I do. Then I find the remark that the defenitions are out of date. But, as far as I know they are very up to date; they were update a few hours ago; I have now:  3.1 Build 4547 So, somehow webroot does not register these updates (I have had this 'issue from the very beginning, after switsching from Spysweeper to WebrootSecureAnywhere. Although not a big problem, it is a bit annoying. Any solution(s)?

Every few days, webroot tells me I may be at risk.  It then prompts for a scan to be manually run, and to manually re-enable all the features, which it shows are disabled.  Anybody know why it keeps turning it's features off, and why the scheduled scan doesn't seem to make it happy?

I have webroot security complete on my PC and I would like to have the app on my Kindle Fire HD tablet. But I keep getting the "login failed". I've double checked my login account email, password, and code. When I log into my webroot security account on the web, it works perfectly fine.

Sorry in advance if this was asked before. I am trying to improve the security of my mobile in case it will be stolen. Is there any benefit to move webroot mobile security to the system application folder? I am trying to make the phone hard reset proof but I am not sure if this will help to have webroot surviving a reset or if settings will be anyway gone with a reset and the application will not running anymore. i have an android phone, which is protected by webroot, i have a pattern unlock and when i changed the pattern i couldn't remember the pattern i had chosen so it went to a screen to use my google accout to log in, but it wont accept that either, says e-mail or password wrong, but it is not, now i cannot access my phone.., HELP!!

Even though I have the persistent status option off, SecureAnywhere still gives me a persistent status notification. My device is a Samsung Galaxy Note II (SPH-L900) through Sprint. I have Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

I have been with webroot and just renewed. My issue is for the last month I have been trying to login on my phone and it says invalid login. I know 100% that I am typing in the correct information bc i can login in onto my account from the website for my computer and my phone. Please help me be able to use the application.

I installed web root complete on my PC at work and synced a folder of documents. I installed the iPhone app and am able to view the documents on my iphone   I also installed the software on my iPad and I can view all of the synced files except the PDF files.  When I attempt to open a PDF file I get a message that this document can not be previewed.   Any suggestions?   thanks in advance

I must be missing something.  I have Webroot Secure Anywhere on my home workstation.  I also have the mobile app on my android phone.  I see where you can issue a command to lock your phone if lost, but where do you do it?

Keep getting error login failed. I am using the correct email & password
