Webroot Mobile

Hello, a little help will be appreciated. My WSA software on my phone was working ok this morning 12/12/2012, I logged into my account thru my pc, no problem, there it tells me I have a problem in my mobile device, I tried to log into my phone and keep on getting a message that reads: "ERROR: login failed. The E-mail or password you entered is incorrect", I am using the same e-mail and password that I used to log into my pc account and still not working. any ideas on what could be wrong? PS. I also entered both the OLD and NEW full code just to make sure. and nothing. Any advice will be appreciated. thanks in advance.

I purchased webroot and lost my security code or wouldn't know where to find it. I can't fully register online without it. How can I recover it?

After the latest update, I started getting a warning that Webroot needed to be set as a device administrator.  I am trying to figure out why it needs that level of access.  I have not seen anything here and the update notes were not clear enough.   Can anybody tell me what this is needed?   Thanks!   Dan

I just got a new phone and am unable to setup Webroot mobile. It worked fine on my old phone. It says that my password or userid are incorrect. I can login on the web just fine. I know that my userid and password are correct.

I enter email address & password & Keycode and I get wrong Email or Password. I use the same email and Password to login on website and to use the free app. Any ideas?

Help,   Just bought webroot, i downloaded on my pc with no problem. I download the app on my iphone, when i put in my email and password, i get a login error message. I can log in into webroot on my pc with the same password and username with no problems. Please help.

I get message Webroot has stopped. I go to settings APPS and select Webroot Secure and all options are grayed out. I cannot get access to uninstall or anything else. This problem appeared when I updated the APP. It looks like the APP stops imediatley when I boot up. I don't see a way to restart it. It was working fine prior to the update. How can this be fixed? I'm using Webroot Secure Mobile Premier

I got the app from the app store for kindle fire on my new Kindle Fire HD.  It installed fine, but everytime I go to open it, it says it "stopped".  In the reviews for the app, it works fine for some people but others have my problem. Anybody know what to do?

I bought Webroot Secure Anywhere premeir soon after the beta ended. I had to delete it dur to insufficent storage. But not I have more space and want to reinstall it but it's not showing up in my marketplace history??

Hi,   I have installed free SecureWeb into my Android device fine When I click on Red Key, pop up is enabled and asking credentials Login to SecureWeb (Enter your Webroot SecureAnywhere account credentilas to access Password Management).   Still I have a doubt here where should I sign up/How can I get these credentials please tell me yaar.   Bcoz I have installed Webroot SecureAnywhere mobile into my same Android device last week, it is working fine without lthis type of foolish interption.   Can you please anyone respond as soon as possible.   thanks, Raj  

I received an email invitation to upgrade. Did so, got my avtivation code, activated.  Now it keeps telling me my definitions are out of date, but will not  Fix This Now. Gives another eror telling me it cannot access servers since I am not connected to the internet. HELP.

Hi Folks,   I am glad to say that using Webroot SecureAnyWhere mobile for my smart(Android S2)/iPhone 6.0 fine.   I have scanned my device without threats fine. All the available options make it as ON for Security like CALL&SMS/Lost&Stolen device. but my doubt is how can Webroot trace out if device lost/stolen. can you please anyone help me out in this.   I am expecting the procedure for trace out smart phones for this Is any mandatary things we should maintain.   Thanks, Satya

Hi, I've bought and installed SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier 3.0.0.4127 on my Xperia 10. I receive warnings about the different shields not being active. Clicking on the button 'fix this now' does not change anything. In the appropriate menu all items are ticked. Even on the website it gives a warning, which apparently I cannot solve. Any advise? I just upgraded from WSAE 3 seat to WSAC 3. I followed the instructions for downloading and installing the app. I previously had Webroot Anti-virus on my phone which it uninstalled during the process.   My problem is after accepting the terms it requires me to login. I enter my email, password  and keycode. When I click login to account I get the following error message   "Account creation failed. The license check server returned an invalid response. Raw Error: License check failed due to invalid keycode. Response code:1   nothing I do and neither keycodes will work. What do I do now.

I've installed SecureAnywhere complete on my Android phone. When I attempt to log in it says my e-mail address or password is incorrect. I can log into my account with the same information on my computer. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks

I installed Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile free version on my HTC Droid Incredible 2 last January.  I set up an account at https://my.webrootanywhere.com, because the login and password are in LastPass.  But I didn't write down whatever I used for a security code, and I can't remember it.     I tried to use the "can't log in" link, and it used an absolutely standard security question:  what is your mother's birthplace?  Well, my mother wasn't born in the U.S. so there are multiple ways I could have answered that question and apparently I can't remember the one I gave it, because I keep getting this error:   Error(UPA004):Your reset security code request cannot be processed as the details you have entered do not match.   And there doesn't seem to be any way to contact Webroot support except this forum, so here I am.  I wanted to log in so I

I have Secure Anywhere Essentials - up to date. I downloaded the backup & sync app on my iphone 4s, but am receiveing "CMXL Error Message" when trying to logon. I know backup & sync is set up correctly on my PC because I have files in there. What am I missing?   Thanks!

I lost my phone, sent a scream to it via my computer, and it asks me for my Webroot password because my phone doesnt have a screen lock, but when i hit unlock it takes me to my screen lock. I tried everything.I can enter in almost anything into my screen lock and it takes me back to webroots locked screen, but when i hit unlock it starts the process all over again. please HELP
