Webroot Mobile

I was able to register my tablet but not my phone.It keeps saying my email or password is wrong, but it isnt.   Please resolve this.

Trying to download it onto my android and use that code but all I can find are downloads that won't let me use the keycode I already have. Anyone know where webroot hid it?

I have secure anywhere complete but when I download mobile antivirus it installs secureweb. I don't want the secureweb because it's slow and very buggy and constantly crashes on every site, even google.. Can I have one without the other? Also does it count as a new serial use everytime I reinstall webroot on my phone?

Xoom Wifi. Webroot always worked normally. Since a while Webroot scans normally just up to sdcard, then it freezes, then after some time it crashes. I removed the external sdcard to see if that caused it but that didn't make difference. Obviously i can't remove the internal memory.

I purchase a web root Android program at Best Buy. I entered the code on the app and received an error that stated that the code was invalid. This software is new and was wrapped in the original plastic. Can someone please connect me to someone who can issue me a cold that works.

I had set up my webroot account and was in the process of downloading the webroot sevure anywhere and I don't know what I did but I think it got set up under a different email address. How do I correct this?

To whom my be able to help me,   I have installed webroot on my computer and activated my account.  I am trying to webroot on my Motorola Atrix Android phone, but it keeps telling me my email and/or password is invalid.  Please help.   Dustin

I have just purchased Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete. I have successfully installed and registered it on two laptops. I have just installed it on my Android phone, however, it is saying that there is only 3 days left of the subscription (the trial period I guess). I have already entered product key number. I don't know where to go from here. Also when I log into my account, the PC Security section shows there are currently no PC's installed or protected when in reality there is.    Will.

HI, i am also recieving the error message: login failed. the e-mail and password you entered is incorrect, when i attempt to enter my premium webroot account info onto my google nexus 7 android 4.2 tablet.   I read through a few posts, and read the attached suggestions page. I have tried all of these things, and still no luck.  my tablet is not rooted, to the best of my knowledge. Is there something else i could try??   thank you.

Does Webroot Android app have an ad blocker or site blocker that can be used on a non-rooted device?    Also does it work on 2.3.5 on a ZTE N860?    Thank you so much for the assistance in advance.

i just purchased SecureAnywhere Complete and am not able to log in from my iphone to register it.  It keeps giving me a "Login Failure" message and asking me to reenter my User Name and Password.  I know I'm entering this correctly.  How do I proceed?

Since I already have Webroot installed on my android phone, I am wondering if Webroot will add some sort of "locate phone" feature.  There appear to be other apps that do this.  And for iPhones this service is provided via Apples's iCloud service.

Web browser security warning (on both Amazon browser and Maxthon):   "Your connection to this site may not be secure... the site's security credentials do not originate from a trusted authority"   I am trying to clear an error which appears on the web but not in the app: "current scan out of date" but that's months ago and there is no way to clear this error.   So i thought I'd go on the web from the Kindle Fire, but I get this error on both web browsers. - ????

Hello, I am new to the board and I just downloaded Webroot on my Kindle Fire which seems to work quite well.  However, when I try to locate my Kindle, (just checking the app out), via my home computer, it never gives me a Google map!  I can lock it, and make it scream but I can't seem to get the locate to work.  Obviously, the Kindle Fire only has a W-Fi connection and, I live in a remote area...could that be the reason I can't locate the kindle?  Thanks to all!

how I can delete my free account webroot

Hi, I downloaded "Back up and Sync" from the "App Store" today.  I went to create an account for it but your protocol asks for a keycode which is not provided with this free software.  How does I create an account to sync my iPhone (4) with my laptop?

I was able to install Webroot Secure Anywhere to my laptop but have had difficulty with my mobile. The Backup&Sync App keeps saying 'error occurred authenticating your account. Please check your email address, password and keycode and try again'. I know I've entered the info correctly but this message keeps coming up. What do I do?

Unexpectedly and out of the blue late at night my Galaxy S-II Webroot Mobile Secure Anywhere app asked if I wanted to go ahead and designate my four digit code thus locking my "mobile smartphone screen" until I entered said code.   I did that and next morning promtply forgot said code. Is there ANY work around to get RID of this Webroot feature. . or RESET or ?? FIX this please? Thank you Andy in Maine

Hello, I downloaded Webroot for my Android tablet and whenever I try to update the definations it fails. Here are the specs on my tablet: Name: Coby-Kyros Mod#: MID1125 Android Ver: 2.3.3 Kernel: 2.6.35.7 Build#: MID1125 20110906 Any suggestions are welcome, I use Webroot on my PC's and would like to step up to the full version for all of my tablets.

AnswerIf you run a scan immediately after unplugging from a power source, the metrics presented in the Android OS battery usage meter are skewed by virtue of the fact that it starts tabulating battery usage immediately following the disconnection from the power source. Likewise, readings may be similarly skewed if you have just installed Webroot for the first time, ran the first scan, and then checked consumption in Webroot's own App Inspector.  Most battery monitors work like how gas mileage on a car is calculated for a single trip.  Immediately when you turn on the car, it shows you 0.0 MPG, and as you start to drive, that number increases.  Not having enough data to go off of, the results are skewed until enough data is available for the reading to be statistically valid.  Try leaving your Android on for a while and checking back in again later.  Yo

I recently just reset my phone thinking that it would make a bug go away. I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII, and I bought the premier version during black Friday for $1.07. After reinstalling Webroot, I have the free version, and I am unable to reupdate my app to the permier version. Can someone help me?

I recently renewed the Anywhere Complete license and tried to enter the new code on my wife's phone. Got to General Settings>Support options>Force license check, and when the check button is clicked, there is nothing.  How do I then enter the new code?  Thanks.

I, too am not able to log into my iPhone account using the same credentials as my Internet Security Plus program. I understand I must register for the Backup &.Sync (which I don't even know where you do that) but this app should not be causing everyone so many problems especially when we have paid for a product that isn't working. This is NOT RIGHT! I am very frustrated as I have spent hours trying to get these websites to work and no one can answer my questions except for a community forum? Something is definitely not right and needs to be changed!

I just want to connect my iphone to home sharing and stupid webroot won't allow it because it likes to be uber complicated. I've downloaded the app and it will not let me log in siting 'login failure'. I'm able to login into the website from my computer but that same name and password will not work. Anyone???

Hi all new to Webroot...I am loving it so far!!   My question is that I attempting to install Webroot on my wifes IPhone4s ISO 6.0.1, when I go to add devies I get the link to download the app, their I see it but where it reads FREE its grayed out of course I cant install but the version to back up and sync that I was able to install with not problem? So is their a version of Webroot for ISO 6.0.1  Phone4s if so where can I get the installer?
