Sometimes Webroot scans are aborted, WHY?

I've deinstalled rockettab but the windows 8.1 o/s is still trying to run rockettab.exe at startup. the exe is not on my system but how can i eliminate the attempt to run it at startup. there's no reference to it in task manager>start pgms.

I installed Webroot a few days ago, and since doing so it has always come up as Orange and says Threats Detected. The little icon in the task bar has a red exclamation point on it, and it always says there are 2 active threats. When I go to look and see what might be quarantined, nothing is ever in there. Now (new today) it is showing a little yellow triangle next to the PC Settings tab. What am I not doing here to get this working right? I am running Windows 7 if that matters.

I have web root installed and got the trovi virus in my browser.  How do i get rid of it.   I scanned twice and that did not help.

It seems i am constatntly getting Java oubpdate windows opeing about every time i get on my laptop.  I always close the window (suspicious) and go to my programs.  My Java program says i am up to date but i check for updates anyway.  I continue to ge these and other pop ups. 

Additionally  Kaspersky is still on my old desktop  which was loaded on to this new Surface Pro.  Will this create a conflict possibly.  As I am having problems with Outlook and not seeing anything in my Inbox although the other folders seem to be populating.  The geeksquad crew tried to look at it yesterday but were running my computer remotly which did not work.  One of the last things he asked was "do you have Kaspersky on your computer.   thanks.

Why isn't my webroot anitvirus updating??? I think I have bought it twice now!!!!!!! Where are security updates or are they downloaded automatically without my knowledge ?

Cltmngui.exe Why does WebRoot nor find this and how can I make it disapper?

How do I get rid of Ad by SaveDaily Deals that pops up on any internet website that I search and find? It has made Facebook impossible to use on my computer. I have the Webroot Antivirus but it doesn't touch it even when it recognizes it! Help!   Sue

I renewed my subscription to webroot and sent a confirmation from the Geek Squad that payment was received but I am having trouble installing from the link or disc  

After installing webroot secure anywhere, I can not log into my Amazon account. I can navigate to Amazon. But when i hit the" log in" to my account, the error message appears, "The website cannot display the page."   Have never encountered this problem in over 10 years with AMAZON.   Do I need to uninstall webroot and find another product?     I am runnning Windows 7  64 bit version.   Thanks for any help.

every time I scan I have a threat and a pop up for windows drivers it slows me down and I have work to do unhappy  Help  Please

I keep running my Web Root and every time it says "9 Threats Removed" but I can't run the media on certain web pages. I'm thinking it isn't removing these threats like it says. Is there anything I can do to go in and remove them myself?

Analyzer shows active virus How do I get rid of it.

Webroot appears to be blocking Last pass from filling in usernames and passwords. When I click on the asterisk that would bring up the username or password stored in Lastpass it makes an irritating sound and gives me a message about error type c or something like that

Two computers, same software. Win 7 Pro 64bit WSA 8.0.4.123 Online Armor Premium Edition 7.0.0.1866 IE 11   Last month, on Computer1,  Webroot Filtering Extension produced nothing but grey buttons with a lightning bolt on Computer1.  Once Webroot was uninstalled / reinstalled all was well.   Now, on the same computer, Webroot Filtering Extension prevents me from accessing website BibleStudyTools.  Webroot has been uninstalled and reinstalled at least 3 times and the problem still exists.   What would cause the “Internet Explorer has stopped working” error when accessing http://www.biblestudytools.com/ on one computer but not the other.  This only happens if Webroot Filtering Extension is Enabled.  Of course, after enabling IE11 must be closed and reopened for the problem to occur. &nbsp
