When files are quarantined, say by Webroot, where are they stored, and if I change security systems what happens to those quarantined files when I had deleted Webroot. Not that I have plans to but I often wonder about this and would like to hear some thoughts on this.

This is a fairly mundane but non technical questio. What has happened to all of the earned badges from the former community website and how do I view what I have earned, that is both old and new?

It sends me here: https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcomeback.asp I enter my password and it refuses to accept it. WHY? I know what my password is. It hasn't changed. I get the same result with different browsers. There was a time when you could send a message directly to you guys via the Webroot panel. What happened to that? Why make it SO difficult to contact you? [3]...I had to delete my Webroot on my Samsung S7. Why was it using up SO MUCH battery power?

Hello, I am trying to run a scan manually and I get a message that the scan has failed. In addition the screen says cannot connect to the internet. How can I be sure that the software is working? All other functions are in order and I am receiving e-mails and internet access. Thank You

In craigslist, when I click on reply button in order to get the phone number for an ad- the circling screen times out with "an error has occurred" statement. In the lower right hand corner of the screen a "captcha" box popups also. I can access the reply/phone number on my cellphone so suspect I have a setting wrong on my computer. please advise resolution. thanks, Jim

Webroot will not send me an email for a forgotten password, Tried for two days. I have an HP Envy 15 x360 i7-4510 opened the laptop and the system was in a loop. just as it go to my desktop it would go to blue screen with a single line warning me that it was missing a file and that I needed to go to the site listed to fix it. each loop gave me a different website. I was able to grap the desktop eventually but not able to find the error. I closed it down and came back later. Later there was no loop but the CPU would max out until I opened Task Manager when it would drop to less then 15%. I did an internet search for a fix and found that I probably had a bug. Webroot normally starts when I power up my laptop but it did not this time. I tried to double click it open and it simply would not. discovered that no program would open. It was suggested that reloading webroot might force it to open but that did not happen. I go to work before the we

The latest update removed my number block/sms feature. It's not even an option now. No other sms app is on my phone, no new apps added since I've been using webroot. My 150+ blocked numbers list disappeared & I immediately started getting bombarded by scam calls. Any idea what happened?

I know this has been already talked about, but I am still not able to log in and I need help. I have tried multiple times to log in to LastPass and have failed. It keeps telling me my passwords are incorrect. I can't access Webroot password manager to see my passwords. I have even emailed lastpass to see what is going on and they can't seem to figure it out. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. I don't know what else to do besides not use them and use google instead. thank you very much for you help.

Hi. I have Secure Anywhere on my PC I have just booted up, opened up Webroot and I am informed the last scan was 7 minutes ago, at that time the PC was off, boot up time is at most 2 minutes. Has anyone answers as to how this can be.
