Despite getting Geek Squad remote access assistance this morning, saying that the problem was on Turbo Taxes' end, I still am getting an error message that anti-virus software is blocking my payment.  Please advise & thanks!

My google chrome will not let pogo play buddy work at all, there are no viruses at all on my computer. I am curious on how do i get it to work, before i had webroot it would work on chrome easy, with webroot pogo play buddy doesen`t work... Any ideas i appreciate it

I just received a pop-up saying that mu computer has a virus that i should call this number 1-855-404-6576  but when i scan the computer with webroot it says no treats. so i'm comfuse.

I am a college teacher.  I cannot afford to have my computer infected. I like Webroot better than anything else I have tried. Can Webroot keep the Windows 8.1 from automatically downloading my computer?  

Hi Everyone,   Just wanted to say hello and happy to say I am an advocate for the Webroot suite of products. Not based on someone trying to sell me and our company a product... on the contrary I have tested on multiple machines with multiple AV's installed and obtained magnificent results... both for home and Business as a solution to the problem.   We have only used Webroot for the last 6 months and cannot recommend it enought to those who are still considering a switch..   What I really want to say in short... I don't really join communities unless I beleive in spreading the word for something I beleive is great...   Webroot is great... it has proven to me again and again as time goes by.   Feel free to drop me a message if you want to have a chat around Australia... or around the world of course :D   chat soon.  

After spending a month testing all the differnent  AV trials,  I finally settled on WSA.  As a long time Norton user I was intrigued by Webroot's Cloud based security and lightning fast scans.  Currently I am running three PC's,  one with Norton Internet Security,  one with Avast Premier,  and one with Webroot SecureAnywhere.  Don't know what I will find out by the end of the subscriptions, not so much a death match of sorts,  but it will be interesting none the less.

I have not been receiving emails from yahoo and yet I'm able to send. When I post a question on google, such as the following, an 855-xxx-xxxx number appeared.  Pressuming that such number was  a yahoo representative, i gave them a call. the guy presented to me a web, showing a virus that threatened my sytem to be "koobface".

Our Guard Dog this month is a new addition to the Webroot Family and belongs to Web Developer Erin Kovar.       Moose is a 13 week old, Pembroke Welsh Corgi. McAffee antivirus software seems to have come in ackaged  with Adobe Air.  My browser now constantly hangs up.  I am currently running Webroot antivirus software.  No problems with Webroot.  

Webroot is absolutely fantastic!  It just enabled me to keep my old computer by removing two viruses and to return a new computer that I bought--with Webroot installed--less than a week ago!  Congratulations to the Webroot people for developing a wonderful product.
