Webroot

I had the Adobe Flash upgrade on my computer when I bought Webroot SecureAnywhere. The virus still pops up and when I run Webroot, it does not remove the virus. I scanned my computer twice while the popup was on screen and twice after shutting down Firefox.

Hi, Webroot works fine except freezes Win 10 computer for about 2 minutes, and then allows me to log on.  Happens after start up screen, waits 2 minutes and then opens signon screen. After that works normally. Any suggestions appreciated.

Just curious, why does Webroot place the key code on the outside of the package?  Why not inside?           Always,    

I site I visit regularly was subjected to a ddos attach yesterday - I couln't reach the site this morning via my browser bookmark button - got a page unresponsive message.  I noticed that the url looked odd - the .com portion of the address was missing and appeared to have been replaced with two forward slashes ("//").  Did a search for the website (duckduckgo) and copied and pasted the address into a new browser window, reached the site successfully.  There I learned that the site had been subjected to the ddos attack, and another user mentioned in a comment that the url he used had been changed to a "directory" - no other detail.  The nonfunctioning address was the one stored with my bookmark - checked that with a mouseover.  Is it possible that an intruder altered the address??  I thought Webroot would catch something like that.

I get a message that I have unresolved issues from scans, but I see no option on how to resolve them.  It gives me no option.to resolves the issues.  What do I do.

The new Web filtering extension is blocking my Selenium testing. What can I do to fix this?

Just renewed and I have 2 machines using WR but WR account shows 3 machines (laptop, desktop, same desktop as centrally managed.

OK so, i have been trying to uinstall Webroot SecureAnywhere for days already. I clicked uninstall and it directed me to the website asking my reason saying that it has already been uninstalled but i checked my computer and it is still running. How is that even possible? Now i can'topen it or uninstall it. It is interfering some of my apps on my computer and for some reason, it doesnt allow me to play certain games. How can i rempve the program completely?

 I have Windows 10 on my laptop,and Webroot keeps quarentining a file called cservice.exe.  I'd like to know what this file does, or if I can just delete it?

I recently installed Webroot and afterward was unable to access a website that requires the geographic location of my laptop. Any ideas?  Thanks.

how to find a key code and i wasnt given one  

I am having an issue with the Webroot browser extension in Chrome. Every time I close Chrome, the WR extension is disabled. I have 2 other extensions: LastPass and uBlock and they stay enabled all the time. The problem is only with the Webroot extension   Chrome version: 51.0.2704.84 (64bit) Webroot: v9.0.9.78,  Browser extension: 1.2.0.40 OS: Windows 10 (x64)   Any ideas?

Which setting ensures that webroot runs at startup?

My computer already has a virus on it. Will the webroot antivirus get rid of the virus once its done scanning for viruses?  

I know this has been asked in the past, but I notice it is still 'normal'. Why, when I look at WSA AV USA site  the 1 yr cost is $30 and the UK site 1 yr is £30?  

i am using windows 7 Word and attempted to install adobe acrobat, received message that installation did not complete.  Does WebRoot stop the installation?  thanks, anne

I get prompted for a Google authenticator code, which I did not setup on my account. There is a link to click if you "lost the device" with the authenticator and when I click it I get taken to a blank screen. Does anyone know how to remove the Google Authenticator?

I tried to click on the infections line, but nothing happened.  I don't know if I am supposed to do anything with this message

Hello guys, how are you all?   I am new to webroot community.   I was looking for an antivirus product and just came across Webroot Secure Anywhere, I like the cloud scanning and lightweight features of Webroot but I am very confused because these are the features of an antimalware, please somebody help me and confirm if this is indeed an antivirus product, because I dont want an antimalware product as I already have zemana antimalware and antikeylogger installed on my system, zemana customer support says I don't need an antivirus when I have their products but just to have peace of mind I am looking for a good antivirus only product, so if webroot is antivirus then I am definately going to buy it.   So somebody please help me and confirm if webroot secure anywhere is an antivirus not antimalware, I just want to ensure this one thing before buying, so please let me know.   Thanks.
