Webroot secure anywhere console does not show my android phone

Webroot has not worked on my iMac since November of 2019.  When I click on the logo nothing happens.  It’s as though the logo is loaded but the program is not.  I’ve tried downloading the program again, but nothing changes. 

Does TotalAV offer anything that I don’t have with Webroot

*Please excues the long backstory   Normally, I renew WebRoot by going to BestBuy and physically buying a copy.  But this time I renewed on-line.  I hit a snag where my new code wasn't updating proper, and read that un-istalling & re-installing WebRoot will fix the problem, which it did.  But, my passwords for the PasswordManager are all gone.  Also, the console lists no previous saved passwords.  My question - Is there anyway to resore the disappering passwords?  

I purchased the Webroot SecureAnywhere online 6 days ago, but did not receive a keycode. It may be possible that I entered my email address incorrectly when purchasing.Within a few minutes I opened a support ticket and submitted a request 3 times, but no response. I called the Webroot support numbers in the US and also 2 other countries, and spent at least 45 minutes on hold, but the calls are not answered. I have tried the “redownload / get keycode” option on the website several times, but this does not work.I have made a purchase, but I can not install the product as I did not receive the keycode.I would appreciate if someone could assist.

I have the Win32.localinfect.2 on my computer but it won't come off. I’m 14 years old on an expensive PC my dad built, I’m using WebRoot antivirus but for some reason when I try to delete it with this antivirus it sort of like, adds more virus files to my PC, please please help me because from the research I've done the antivirus should do the work and this virus can be very very dangerous later on if I don’t do something about it.

Hello,There are many warning messages from Webroot in the Windows 10 reliability monitor. The warning messages appear in the reliability monitor every every 15 minutes. Why is this starting to pop up on my Galaxy Note8? This is something that started within the last week.

Apple just released macOS 10.15.6. Has anyone installed this update on their Macs/MacBook Pro? Has anyone come across any incompatibility issues or problems running WebRoot SecureAnywhere version 9.1.2.121 under 10.15.6?  

Got a new Android phone and am not able to access spreadsheets from the cloud. On the old phone a window popped up with app choices the new one when I click open I get a pop up “No application available to open file”. The file is a .xlsm and the app I use is WPS Office. How can I get these files to open on the new phone?

Web Threat shield is not working on Chrome on a Windows 10 pc   Not woking in the sense that the icons to the left of the search results are not there. They were a week or so ago. 

Webroot Secure Anywhere is turned off and will not start up.All shortcuts are disabled.I have tried uninstalling so I can do a clean reinstall but the PC says I do not have Admin permissions. I am the administrator - I set up a new user as admin but still will not uninstall?I have tried the CMD route as well as the usual uninstall via the Control PanelI downloaded the webroot unistaller exe file - ran but had no effect?I’ve tried downloading the install exe file to see if that would install over the top but it wont run. I am running on a Windows 10 PC

I purchased Webroot through Geek Squad at Best Buy,  I have had my subscription for a year, when asked to renew I did so and got an acknowledgement from Geek Squad, telling me I am renewed, but was not give a new key code to enter.  SO....after several calls to Webroot and Geek Squad the problem still exists.   I am asked to renew, threatened with pop ups about viruses in my computer.  Best Buy/Geek Squad said I am renewed and have my original key code showing its active.  However, my computer won't recognize it.   Geek Squad did a quick fix and entered a 30 day code that kept me protected but now I am getting the threatening POP UPS>   Will someone please help, me!! I paid for my renewal and just want it to work.   Thanks Liz Browder

The Webroot Filtering Extension is crashing tabs in Firefox 80.0.1; however, I can’t remove/uninstall the add-on even if I uninstall Webroot completely. I can’t remove it in the new Edge browser either. Also, how can I stop Webroot from managing Firefox and other browsers after I uninstall it from my system? 

Hi  I have my Webroot secure 360 when I try to login it takes password and mfa , the screen comes and it logs me out. What a frustration and it doesn't let submit a ticket neither allow me to login Its Mac , it asks me to upgrade for latest version doesn't let me uninstall it I feel I got a stupid and worst software . I used to be Norton fan, but a friend suggested to Webroot and I feel bad with no support .what a stupid software which doesn't help the customer how do we promote ?

Using Chrome and out of nowhere "Webroot Filtering Extension" has appeared in my extensions and now I'm automatically redirected to the website. How do I remove this program/extension since the disable/remove option is not available.

Hello, I have a Windows 10 PC and Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security.It stopped working a week ago after the last released update tried to install.Rebooting does not fix it. When trying to uninstall Webroot to try reinstalling fresh: It says I must be an administrator to access this feature (even though I am logged in as admin) and I am unable to uninstall it. I have tried opening a ticket with Webroot last week and still no response back.Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!

When I login to my user account on my Win7 Ultimate 64-bit machine, Webroot SecureAnywhere always requests UAC admin privileges with the shadow-box screen. Is this normal?  Is Webroot installed correctly?   Thanks!

I cannot uninstall from Mac Catalina 10.15.6.  I submitted a ticket five days ago.  I have been on hold for an hour the past three days in a row and no answer.  Someone PLEASE help me.  No Webroot shows in the apps or anywhere in Finder on my computer.  I cannot install new version of Webroot or any other virus protection.  I cannot even reset my password and had to register a different account.  Any help is appreciated.

Ever since Mac OS Catalina version 10.15.6, Webroot SecureAnywhere has been acting up. First there was issue with update.  Got Tech Support remotely access my machine on July 20 and Again on August 6. He manually uninstalled and reinstalled.  First  scan is been running for almost 4 days. It has slowed the system to a crawl. Tech Support was supposed to escalate it to higher level support. I can not cancel the scan After reboot scan starts again and still can not cancel.  I  need help. I still have 778 days of subscription left. Please help.

I just installed webroot on a brand new laptop and it’s not working (won’t open). I can’t uninstall it either. I contacted secureanywhere support and was told I have to purchase a support plan for $179/year. I don’t understand what the problem is exactly. It works fine on my old laptop, both are running Windows 10, and my account shows that it’s installed and apparently running, which it isn’t. Is the only fix really to purchase a support plan?
