Webroot® SecureAnywhere™ - Complete

I am unable to add a second PC when I have 4 licenses available.  I am unable to add mobile device.  It keeps asking for Invitation Code that I have not received by email or text message.  Very frustrated

I have Webroot on 2 other computers.  I've installed it on a 3rd new laptop, but the icon that shows up on by my task bar on the other computers, in order to sign in to populate passwords, isn't here and I can't figure out how to load it.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

How di I turn off Windows Defender?  I think it was off before I upgraded to Windows 10 on July 29th.  But, now it seems to be on as well as Webroot.

How do I check what version Webroot is installed on my computer?

Loaded on sister in laws PC while they were away. Had to use my e-mail address and now she gets security certificate warning while logging into her account with no provision to ignore or add as trusted site. Work around or list to add Comcast.net account as trusted? Issue relayed to me over phone so I can't be sure there wasn't an option she did not see.

I have loaded this, and am trying to add my PC, but it won't let me. It also won't let me do the intital scan because it says my subscription is expired.

My webroot tool bar is gone on my google chrome browser, how do i get it back, it does work on internet explor?

The MRG comparative is very interesting and very good for Webroot, but if my understanding is correct FF browser is not as well protected as IE: "2.12 Firefox – malicious browser extension test" and "2.17 DNS hijacking" Can we hope for an improvement of FF security on the next months ? What is the best protected browser with Webroot ? IE , FF or GC ? Thanks  

Hello, I tried to submit a suspicious file to webroot via the console but when I chek the "submit' button it didn't work ? Thanks for the help.

I believe my computer has a malware virus, as the date and time keep reverting to midnight on December 31, 2001.  In addition, whenever I did anything on the Internet, I received a notification thatt here was something wrong with the security certificate and I should download a new certificate -- which I did not do.  I have run Webroot scan four times, and everytime it says a threat has been removed.  However, nothing is displayed under Quarantine.  I saved a scan log, but cannot locate the threat that was removed.  While I no longer receive the security certificate notification, I am still having problems with the date and time.  Has anybody experienced this problem recently and, if so, how did you fix it?

Is windows defalt setings for a Firewall  suficant. Must you make changes to it to make it "all it can be". Also does the "Complete" version of webroot scan any thing that is by "defalt" let through ?   Thank you,        Gunner

when using microsoft edge webroot turns off (no lock on the icon) is it still working?

I just renewed my Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete and updated to windows 10.  In the new browser Microsoft Edge, i do not have the Webroot icon that is used for fill in passwords.  Can anyone give me any info as to why my icon is missing and how do I get it back?

I removed the icon from the tool bar and tried to remove app the finder.  It asks me for my password to make changes.  I typed in the password and nothing happens.  It says that "moving 2 items to "trash"" but nothing is in the trash.  WTH?   Thanks

  Hi   It looks like a bug (or lack of connectivity with databases) in the SecureAnywhere...   The PC security is set to the "User Configuration" in the Web Console (that is for sure !!!).  However I cannot change account settings locally because I'm getting the message  "SecureAnywhere is currently managed by the Web Console and all changes need to be applied centrally..."   It happens only to one of my computers, 2 others are OK (so far).   The version of SecureAnywhere is 9.0.1.135   Thank you for any suggestions.   Best regards

Webroot's compatablity with other AV & AM software  

 and all my applications seem to work. I did not have to uninstall webroot.

I had someone install a SSD in my old Gateway GT 5656. Along with major upgreads in RAM,etc. He left the HDD in for what he said would be back up if the SSD ever crashed. Well after that I could still hear the HDD spinning like crazy most of the time. I’m having a hard time trusting him because of some things I overheard in a brief conversation he was having with his friend.. So I started a free trial with Webroot Complete and after a few adjustments the program was able to make the "listening connections" were gone and the pc runs silently.   Im very happy with that. But......... I would like to wipe the free space on the old HDD. It says it will take 5 hours. I dont see the option here so I will be using CCleaner.  Is this safe to do ? Would you consider doing if it was you ? Thank you,                    Gunner

Is system optimizer a webroot product or non associated with webroot??

Have 2 Samsung Tab 3's that have stopped updating definitions.     (My Tab 2 and my son's Tab 3 are updating ok). Both the 3's report an error (stoppped working). Have removed 1 device (wife's) via my desktop console and attempted to uninstall with the view to reinstall, but the UNINSTALL & FORCE STOP in Application Manager are greyed out and uninstall from within the app itself doesn't recognise my password. So we are stymied at the moment. Any ideas?   roadhog
