I have a 5 device license and just noticed my laptop shows as expired online, but shows active with a current key on my laptop. My other devices all show active. How do I fix this? Hasn't had a scan since 2017. No emails or anything from webroot. My wife's phone also shows as needing attention in the console. Again no email or contact from webroot about this either. What am I paying for?

After 'temporarily' disabling Webroot to install a printer program, the WR control center did not start. Tried to re start it from the program list, but luck. Tried to re-download but seems like that is taking a real long time Is there a relatively painless way to re activate the program?
My passwords did not move over when I signed into Lastpass, I have tried every thing. I contacted Lastpass and he told me to delete my account and reopen a new one. I did that now my support ticket I cannot access and every thing he told me is gone. Can you please help? I need to get a copy of my passwords and log on information. Hi. I recently installed the trial version of Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete for testing purposes because I had not used Webroot before. I noticed that the deep scans take less than 4 minutes. That's incredibly fast. I'm impressed by its speed. Are you sure it scans everything? It doesn't seem to find any threats on my PC, which is suspicious. 🤔
I have Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete. My PC is protected through the account and I had an Android mobile device protected through the account. My Android mobile device needed to be replaced, so I had to re-upload the Webroot to the new device (also Android). This was done successfully and everything was fine. Then there was an issue with the new mobile device and it needed to be reset. I reinstalled Webroot on the new device and went to finish activating it, and it told me this could not be completed because the device was already being processed. So I deleted the mobile device from my account, un/re-installed the Webroot app, and reset the password. The app is working fine on the phone now, but my account will not acknowledge the mobile device. I've restarted the phone, and re-logged in to the account multiple times to no avail.
