The Webroot icon is on the APP list for the mini iPad, but it does not recognize my password to continue??? What to do?

I access a LiveJournal blog regularly, and every time I do so, Webroot puts up a block screen that I have to "allow" in order to continue on to the LiveJournal page.   I've checked through all the settings but can't find an option where I can enter this (and other URLS; this isn't the only block that I encounter) URL so that Webroot knows to permanently allow this page.   Suggestions? I have two computers protected with Webroot. When going into Application Protection one computer had the Opera browser shown to be protected and the other computer did not have Opera listed. Right now, one computer has three instances of the Chrome browser being protected one of which is "new_chrome.exe" and the other computer does not have "new_chrome.exe" listed. Neither computer had Outlook listed for protection, which is how I got started looking and noticing the differences in what is protected. I'm wondering why Outlook wasn't added/protected from the get-go on both computers, why does one computer have Opera protected and the other computer doesn't, why does one computer have "new_chrome.exe" listed/protected and the other computer doesn't have it listed?   I'm a novice/inexperienced user, how do I know what is supposed to be added to app protection manually and what is added/updated automatically? If I didn't manually add Outlook and the Opera brows

Does anyone know how to hide that on the Mac?  It doesn't appear to be anywhwere in settings.   I've chosen not to use the "Web Threat Shield" extension, which resulted in a "!" on the icon at all times -- I know it's odd, but I find it fairly distracting.   If this isn't available, it should be added!

how do i reinstall webroot on a laptop

I don't find any obvious way to access the internet through the Webroot app.

Since I've enabled the webroot filtering extension add on my computer using Chrome has slowed down.   Any fix other than disabling it?

Recently I started getting a red X over my battery icon and my internet access icon. Both are working. I ran another scan on Webroot and it shows nothing. The X on the battery comes on and off- the one on internet access seems to remain.  

Whenever I try to do a run with small Basic Webroot stops the program and I get a w32.malware.gen message.  Is there a way to fix this - I'm trying to teach Basic programming to my grandson.

I just purchased and downloaded the Webroot software. Should I remove the Norton software on my computer? It expires in 22 days.
