Had this problem in past on other computers and with other antivirus programs. Some type of infection causes erratic cursor movements.  Also, windows load slow and problem with any photo or video loading on websites. I believe in past it is some type of malware? So, what solution do I use to repair/ eliminate this problem?

Good morning, I have not scan my computer for several months and now that I wan to use Webroot again, when I try to Scan my computer - I got the message:   secureAnywhere cannot reach the internet to obtain threat information ? I am connected to internet as usual.  I download my license from the HSBC web site. What should I do?   Thanks Adriana Arias    

I have 70 days left on my webroot. I bought new webroot for 1 year of protection, if I use it now will it void my 70 days. Thanks for your help. Brandi S.

have both Webroot and Malawarebytes and Malaware is finding virus that Webroot soesn't see.

I've been with WR for quite sometime. You might say we fought quite a cyber battle in 2009- Legacy 6 something I believe is what I was using. I'm running Windows 10 Technical Preview was unable to install. I've been with WR for quite somtime and don't like going on the net w/o protection. Although it works just fine on the 8.1 Enterprise. I am a new computer user.  Webroot SecureAnywhere detected a threat. The following threat was detected and quarantined:  syncfusion.pdf win rt.dll in c: programfileswindowsappsa6783f7c.alarmclock_23.81.15_neutral_78bh77839s0easyncfusion.pdf winrt.dll   Could anyone help me to understand what this means?  Do I need to be concerned about the security of the computer?    Is it best to leave the item in quarantine?   How did this happen so I can avoid it in the future?  Thank you!

Before I installed Webroot, I read that I would need to have Windows Defender active. Is this true?

Hello,   My name is Sullliman and I am a non-techie.  You see, I had Guru Aid tried several times to fix my Browers and Internet connection problem "remotely" and they only worked once after they fixed them.  The next day, when I turn on my wireless laptop and try to get connected to the Internet, most of the time all three browers would freeze and would not allow me to connect to the Internet.    I had a Webroot guy take a look at my computer "remotely," and he said fixed the problem.  And it worked right away.  But the next day, I had the same Browers problems and can't seem to easily get connected to the Internet.   Now, I bought the "Win Cleaner" and used it.  Walla!  It works...once.  Then after I turned off and turned my computer back on, I still have the same Browers problems and most of the time I have to constantly try and try again to try to connect to the Internet.  Most of the ti

I have not been able to play spades in a week.  I can play hearts so I know it is not the web site.  Could it be my setting on my virus protection causing this. It is very frustrating.

Hello I bought a package Webroot deal for 3 computers that said it was for Malware and had Antivirus; however, on my laptops when it scans it only scans for Malware so it sais and on my Lenovo tablet powered by Android it only scans for viruses so it sais can anyone offer any input on this need to know if I am actually receiving the antivirus and or the malware protection I paid for?

Got a notification from Cox about a Zeus Trojan/bot also known as Zbot. Next Webroot scan wasn't due for another 6 hours so I decided to just run a scan but nothing was picked up. Does that mean I don't have the Zbot or is it possible Webroot did not find it?   Thank you, Kirk

new print/scanner just installed. Webroot firewall is blocking the scan to computer. Only works when firewall is disabled. How do I add an exclusion to accomodate the scan to computer while keeping firewall activated?

My app is sucking the life out of my battery. I have a warning that showed up today that says, You may he at risk. Active protection is off. So I click on the warning. It takes me into the app to a place where I can click on Fix Now. However, doing so does nothing. Tried multiple times. Then I tried to uninstall but I can't because the app is an active device administrator. When I try to deacivate this role, nothing happens even though I've assigned other apps to this role.
