I keep getting pop up ads after an advertisement was clicked by accident. I believe my computer is infected with adware, but the scan is coming back negative. How can I find the offending malware and remove it?  

What an earth has happened to Customer Support? I raised a ticket back on 13 March and I am still waiting for a response.  It never used to be like this.

When I research Google, my business website has an orange circle with a white line. Webroot is placing a caution on my website. I use Webroot for my pc.   How do I fix so people are not afraid to visit my website?

Hello,   Just reformatted my computer and when I installed Spysweeper with Antivirus, it told me there was an upgrade available. I upgraded, and now it looks like two separate programs are running: Webroot SecureAnywhere, and Webroot AntiVirus with Spy Sweeper. Is this normal?   thanks iosman

I’ve changed my password and when I try to log back in the messages states, something went wrong,. Please try again few minutes later. I can login on my PC but not my iPhone. Any ideas? 

How do I combine The Best Buy account with this new Webroot account? I do not no Product code.  

All of a sudden, I am unable to log into WI Security app on both my I phone and iMac despite entering the correct username and password.  I just bought the app last week and performance was sketchy at best...it kept shutting off and either would not allow me to connect to the internet or timed out.  Im very disappointed with my purchase and I paid top dollar $60 for access on 5 devices.  No one in my family wants to use use it because of these issues. I,ve spent way too much time fiddled around with Webroots applications.

Hi, wondering if anyone else has set up a scan of data that comes into the network via a program called GoodSync?  I need to find a way to scan the data on copy or prior to copying to our main file server, any pointers helpful, thanks

I think my system has an infection. loader.exe has been detected and removed from system many times. but the system seem to run ok. the same with timemanager.exe. is there a way to permnatly remove these?

I am trying to log into my account to add WebRoot to a new PC.  I login and then am redirected to a couple of pages [very fast - can’t make them out] until I get to a page that says I have been logged out.  At this point it redirects to the login page again.  Surprise!  Absolutely no weekend phone support…  So i try the other option BUT guess what?  I try and create a ticket OR contact Tech Support [presumably an email] and I am automatically redirected to a login page.  [Guess that is a good way to keep the support calls to a minimum!] Any idea on how I can get a hold of someone that can help me??   [Tried this on three different browsers - IE, Chrome and Brave.]

My scan results indicates that there are a lot of temporary files.  How do I find and delete them?
