Am receiving message of "Unresponsive script" when using Mozilla Firefox, and browser stops working. Firefox says :  "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete." Firefox says that this problem may come from Spy Sweeper tracking cookies or from Spy Sweeper itself. Not sure if I have Spy Sweeper as part of Webroot coverage.   Could this error come from using Spy Sweeper? How do I find out if I have Spy Sweeper option?

I right clicked on my webroot icon and discovered I could control active processes.  I found one that I needed want running.  I didnt realized I had not selected the correct process and I blocked my Internet Explorer!  thank goodness I have Edge to browse the internet but I want my Internet Explorer back.  Now It won't open at all.   How can I enable it again

Webroot can't remove the Threat "rundll32.exe". attempt ends in a loop of scans and removal wthout success.

I have been trying to make a 1 time payment with my ATM card. It doesn't expire until 11/17. For some reason the system won't take the payment. PLEASE help me. My security expired 6/14 and since I'm retired, I had to wait for my retirement check to be auto-deposited to make the payment. Also, I only have a HP laptop. This account is in my daughter's name Laura Roberts Taylor. Please change it to my name Eldonna Roberts. I ONLY have the laptop. I see that she has everything covered on this account except my laptop. It may be attached to my old phone number in Graham, (edited>phone number out for security reasons) I moved down here in Sept. and maybe ya'll just got the accounts mixed up.   

I had ransomware when I purchased webroot and when it was installed, it said "no threats found" but I did have ransomware..???

If I upgrade webroot, will it REMOVE viruses and malware? Is this a 1 year subscription, or can I save it to disk?

So about a month a ago, my subscription expired. I went to my control panel and uninstalled it and I thought everything was fine. The next day however, I got a notification saying that I need to uninstall Webroot. What the heck?! I had Internet Security Plus btw.   Now, I just bought Webroot Antivirus. When I tried to install it, it popped up the old menu saying expired. By this time I was really tired and just added the code I got to that old menu.   And then this crappery happened.iS? Why IS IT EXPIRED WHEN I JUST TYPED THE CODE IN?!     Could someone please help me just uninstall the **bleep** thing, I think it's stuck somewhere deep in my computer.   And if I uninstall, could I use the code again. Because that would be a waste of $50. Could I like get a refund for that?
