Why is it that the location for the Firefox browser under the Identity Protection -> Application Protection tab is shown as "firefox.exe in c:usersmeappdatalocal emp7zs4e67.tmpcore"? The same entry for Internet Explorer is "iexplore.exe in c:program filesinternet explorer" which makes sense to me. I have removed the above Firefox entry and used the Add Application command directing Webroot to "c:program files (x86)Mozilla Firefoxfirefox.exe" but it always reverts back to "c:usersmeappdatalocal emp7zs4e67.tmpcore"! Can someone explain this?

Windows 8.1 Firefox 42.0 Webroot 9.0.6.14   The icons that show up when you search something on google are showing up but the web shield isn't popping up to warn you that a site might not be safe. All shields are enabled and I already rebooted. I'm switching to a different antivirus company if you guys don't fix  this.

  I can’t help but feel that after playing through Halo 5’s short single player campaign (15 missions) that the series should have ended when Bungie gave up the mantel with Halo 3. Don’t get me wrong the game has its saving graces and this is with the Multiplayer, but from a single player point of view the game was a big disappointment in my eyes!   While this is classed as a Spoiler alert I can say that what made Halo so great for me was the Master Chief and taking most of the campaign away from the Chief in Halo 5 and sharing the screen time with Spartan Locke (plus three other supporting characters) was half the problem.

I am trying to downalod a program (exe) and the application is blocking it.

My Speed Test.XP attached to my Internet Explorer browser.  I think its malware. I cant uninstall it. Has anyone seen this or dealt with it.  Webroot scans arent grabbing it.

My Windows 10 computer has Edge as the new browser. The tutorial on Webroot for utilizing the Password Manager feature says to look or enable the Webroot icon on the browswer. I do not seethe icon nor do I find where to add the add on> Help??
