Every virus scan it show's 8 threats removed.. How do i clear this up?

is there a setting or something I can adjust cause I am having problems scanning pictures from my hp wireless printer cause ever since i installed the webroot software i have been having trouble and also it disconnects my printer and when i try to reconnect it it disconnects my laptop , any ideas cause im out of them , thanks

uninstalled the macaffee that came with it and installed web root. After a month now laptop says 15 drivers need to be upgraded. when i go to upgrade, it takes me back to macaffee and wont install without downloading macafee

I noticed that Windows 10 Defender is running along side Webroot Secure Anywhere on my HP laptop. Should Defender be running? Will Defender compromise Webroot?   Most anti-virus apps, such as Avast and Norton, turn Defender off.

I've noticed two instances of "Webroot Installer" in my Startup programs in the task manager on Windows 8.  Both appear identical and are listed as High Startup Impact.  The program named in Properties is wruninstall.exe.  What are they for?  Why are there two?  Can they safely be disabled?   Thanks.

Will Webroot finally sign their FF Password Manager? I can't use it in FF 43. And for a long time signed apps are highlighted and webroot didn't sign the **bleep** thing. Not I can't use it. I don't want a workaround. Just sign and help your customers.

 windows 10 (I have this installed) pop-up notification on bottom right of screen says secure anywhere antivirus is turned off but it is not.  Happened when I went to two separate federal websites regarding the breach where fed applicants/employees info got stolen.  I ran scan and webroot says everything is ok and on each time this happened (popup goes away quickly each time), is this a known problem assoicated with the federal websites (like they can shut  your security off so they can check on who is visiting site or they have been hacked so this happens to visitors to the webpage) or is there some adware thing on my computer with windows 10 that does that for .gov websites?

MY MS Outlook is my preferred email. All my settings are correct, but it refused to send an email. Getting them in is no problem.the only thing that we cannot seem to get into to check is the Webroot settings. It seems to be dropping the internet conection out before an email can send.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi, I have protection via Webroot. But I keep running into a problem. Someone keeps hacking into my Microsoft Outlook email and sending spam emails. What do I have to do to protect my email account? Get a spam protection from my Internet provider?   I have had to change my password on that account over ten times in the last four months. It is getting very upsetting to do. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to use Presto Page Manager 9.5 but Webroot wants to stop it by denying access to NSEXPORT.DLL.  How can I get Webrrot to accept/ignore this DLL please.    THANKS

both windows and webroot systen scan says anti virus is off. main webroot screen says everything is good..restarted computer.. no help
