hi I need to know how to open a zip file that has symbols in it.  Opened with wordpad and makes no sense.

I can not delete spam because webroot blocks me even though I have not opened any spam

This might not be a webroot problem.   Started the same time as the lock screen problem. The lock screen swipe problem is fixed (thank you!). However, my 4G icon stays on all the time. It used to go on if I wasn't on wifi. Now they will both show. I have a Samsung S3 using Straight Talk with Verizon.   Anyone else having this happen?

Does it have to do with Webroot that my pictures on my page will not upload?

  A blue exclamation mark over the W icon stops Webroot connecting to the Internet while II AM connected.  I have uninstalled correctly my webroot program (March 2014 version) and installed the latest version - with the same result.  So I still cannot use Webroot.    Where's my error?  Help!  MacBook Pro OS 10.9.5.

My husband and I both have Samsung Galaxy S 5 phones and Samsung Galaxy 2 Tablets. We recently installed Webroot SecureAnywhere on all 4 devices. On 3 out of 4 of our devices we're having trouble with the pin lock being replaced by a swipe lock. For some reason my tablet isn't having this problem at all (yet). I've had this happen several times with my phone. After changing the phone administrator to only SecureAnywhere and restarting I don't seem to be having any more problems. My Husbands phone is having ongoing problems with this issue. We've tried making SecureAnywhere his only administrator and resetting, we tried turning the Webroot administrative privileges off restarting and turning them back on, we've tried turning on and off the Trust Agent - Google Smart Lock. We settled on keeping it off in case it was interfering in some way. We uninstalled and reinstalled Webroot. We tried setting his phone to different screen lock options and then restarting it and setting it back to Pin

Backup and sync doesn't sync my files more than once.  The files placed in the B & S program folder disappear after one sync operation.   Nowhere did the tutorials clearly outline the procedure that individual folders should not be placed in the Webroot Anywhere folder, only the root folder that holds the others.   Has anyone experienced this problem?

Why does Webroot dislike Tor browser and will not allow download ?

I'm about to install Webroot on a pc that already has antivirus software on it. Do I need to uninstall that software before installing Webroot? Thanks.   Dave
