I searched and found several similar issues from two years ago, but I’m having this problem now. I am on the latest update for my Android Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I’m on SecureAnywhere 5.5.6.46428. Every week or so, my phone suddenly starts heating up and the battery runs down very quickly. Eventually, I get a pop-up saying:Device CareSome apps or processes are overloading the system (CPU) and need to be closed.SecureAnywhere CPU: 50.44%At this point, my battery drained quickly from 60% down to 28%.Seems like if you have to shut down SecureAnywhere, you are defeating the purpose of protecting your phone. Is Webroot doing anything about this? I’m sure people will give me lots of “how to” information for conserving battery, etc., but really, isn’t this a Webroot issue, rather than an Android issue? Thanks,
I had to install my app a couple times due to it showing me that I needed to do a security scan. After numerous scans I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. This made the issue go away but now I find a new one. I keep getting the shield notification on my status bar as well as a dot on my app, meaning it needs my attention. Everything is in order and I have "fixed" once more all the issues that needed attention and yet it still shows me the notification. My notification says "No problems detected", I assumed it had something to do with the persistent status after a small research but that option is missing! I opened, closed, opened, restarted phone, still nothing. I have gone into General settings and I only see "Support Options" Nothing about "Persistent Status" underneath or around it. For now I'm just turning off all notifications from the app because at this point it feels like an eyesore. Is this an issue with the free version? I will upgrade to give extra protection
Webroot's community password & The Webroot's main password the same?

I t says I iam protected and no threats are detected but I am getting a message continually popping up on my home screen telling me to clean my phone, asking have I been hacked, etc and pornagraphic messages are being sent. There is a notification that keeps telling me my secure lock screen is in an unsafe state on my new laptop. I have set up a lock screen with a PIN. The notification still persists. If I choose to ignore it then Lost Devise Protection will be turned off. I don’t want that. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks for the help!
Recently, my wife lost her iPhone X and it is showing offline. It was fully charged earlier in the day so it was destroyed by someone or turned it off. Wouldn’t it be a helpful iOS feature to enable password protection to turning the phone off? This would essentially make the phone location known as long as there was battery life. Are there any security reasons Apple wouldn’t add this? I’ve sent it in as a feature request but surely I’m not the first person that has thought of this, right?
I just purchased Webroot’s antivirus protection. After installing on my desktop and my laptop, I proceeded to install on my Samsung Galaxy S6 tablet. A notice popped up about the Secure Anywhere app available via Google Play. I searched it out, and the store noted that it wasn’t compatible with my device. Is this information correct? If so, what can I do to protect my tablet?

I have a Galaxy A50 protected by Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile .. Version 5.5.6.46428 definition set: up- to-date. Scans come back clean.I have 2 email accounts, (a btinternet.com and a gmail.com). Recently I have found that I am unable to delete emails from my btinternet.com Recycle Bin (they reappear a short time later),with the gmail account (which I hardly use) they drop into my 30 day spam bin , and fail to permanently delete when I click on the link. This seems to generate another email trying to tempt me into clicking on it. These emails are really aggressive in nature.sync is set to ON at present.I am presently using my desktop in compiling this report. (Scanned and clean, Webroot Secure AnyWhere Complete v 9.0.29.62 ) I use Mozilla Thunderbird as my desktop third party, although I haven't accessed my emails through Thunderbird since the onsetI haven’t sent any emails since this has startedI have not knowingly clicked on or opened any malicious emails that I am aware
My cellphone storage (android) is getting too full. A former internet security app that I had on my cellphone had a feature that let me remove all the junk files from games, etc. I was wondering if Webroot has one, or will have one soon.
Version 5.5.6.46428 is draining my battery on Android 11. On my battery usage history, it is showing it accounts for 40% of my battery usage, the highest app by far with everything else below double digits. What is everyone else’s battery usage? Is this normal?
I have just bought a new tablet and am trying to set up webroot secure anywhere. I get the message "login failed. The email or password entered is incorrect". I have this installed and working fine on my pc and phone. I have also reset the password.

My Android Weather app, which is factory installed, and can't be uninstalled, has a history of being piggyback. Example 30 minutes ago outside temp has been at 19 degrees and has stayed there for at least 2 hours, not moving. So I went to settings and forced off and disabled the app. Then reable it,why I have to do this is beyond me.but temp changed from 19 to 30 degrees They appear to be using a mirror effect to try and confuse me. I have always had to do this for appox a year. Any Suggestions???

I am trying to add WebRoot SecureAnywhere Mobile to my Kindle Fire HD tablet. I found the WebRoot software in the Kindle Store, downloaded and installed a version (and think I installed the correct version). It installed OK. Then when I clicked on the App, it prompted for my account's email address, password, and the SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode to complete the installation and register it to my WebRoot account. So I entered my email address and password for my account OK. When I tried entering the SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode, the soft keyboard would only allow me to enter capital letters, numbers, and special characters, but NO lower case. After keying in my entire SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode and hitting the Done key, it is just sitting there highlighting the SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode field and leaving the Login to Account button shaded. I tried resetting my SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode for my WebRoot account to use all C
