Webroot Mobile

Got a new Android phone and am not able to access spreadsheets from the cloud. On the old phone a window popped up with app choices the new one when I click open I get a pop up “No application available to open file”. The file is a .xlsm and the app I use is WPS Office. How can I get these files to open on the new phone?

I bought a new phone, and play store shows I still have a purchased version, but it will not let me open it without a valid current product key. What do I need to do to use my Webroot to secure my investment?

I can see the webroot mobile unders Apps in my settings page, but no App icon is on my homescreen to be able to access the app and use it. I have a samsung s8,and just purchased a new computer and received a new webroot with a new key.  I tried to load this program but have failed a dozen times.  Can u help?

Suddenly about 2 weeks ago I began receiving responses from websites when I would login. I would get an email saying that my password was used from a new device and if this was me not to worry but if it wasn't me to change my password contact them. I've had the same Samsung Galaxy 7s for 5 or 6 years and it is my only internet access. Is there some weird kind of worm that would cause this? It's happening on Amazon and PayPal and a whole bunch of other website so I don't think it's their issue but I have Webroot on my phone so I don't see how it could be mine. Can somebody tell me what's happening?

I'm sorry. I just purchased a Kindle Fire 9th Generation and trying to get the FREE Webroot SecureAnywhere App. The problem is that it isn't listed in the app section after a search - only the $15 one is listed although I see "2 results" after the search under Apps & Games but just the $15 appears.. I read as many articles about this in the community and would please like some easy to follow guidance for a dummy like me. Thanks,

How do I change the scheduled scans on the mobile app? The guide for PC's doesn't show how for mobile devices. 

Every few hours, my Galaxy Note8 will have an pop up for Tiktok covering my entire screen.  I've removed the app from the phone, but this ad keeps popping up. How do I get rid of it? I'm sure it's tracking data of some sort.   I have run a scan.   I never had a tiktok acoo0unt, so I'm not sure why this ad is live.  

I've noticed that Webroot secure anywhere doesn't automatically start when my Android phone restarts. How can I fix this? I should mention, I've got a Samsung s10+, Android version 10, UI 2.1, security updated to June 2020. Webroot Mobile secure anywhere 5.5.6.46428 (up-to-date). And I'm a premium user.  I tried reinstalling. I tried making the app an admin. Nothing works. 

found out locked out out everything not getting even medical help,no answers,no help.tried to use webroot to find answers,none waiting,but everything used on webroot and looking at pictures and text.have been put on hold,but i understand,.sometimes can’t understand the why’s.but talking to texas,colorado tech 3 office and someone can message me back.still replying to many emails

I can't find the product activation code in my Google play receipt.  I can find no other emails from webroot containing my product activation key.

Hello! This I belive is the first time I'm using this forum!? I have in the last 24 hours got a notice from my mobile that your app (downloaded today from Google play) is draining the battery!? I have also noticed that the Call & SMS blocking function is gone, this without any notice to me!? I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but the phone still keeps alerting me on the battery usage!! Can you please give me back the old version with the call & sms function since I badly need this! It's one thing to release updates but then one must be sure these are working without problems for the user! Yahoo has similar issues but they just don't seems to care!? I downloaded the app for my NextBook Android, but when I try log in, I am getting an error for the password or login, the email is correct, I changed it from the gmail to my real address the security code goes in with caps, but my email shows it in caps.  my password is correct, but it still will not work no matter how many times I try to put the info in. I double checked that I have the correct email, correct password and the correct keycode, but it still keeps telling me I have the wrong password or login. 

On the console this is what you can read: but when I do a scan directly on this same device (I have only one mobile with webroot installed), the scan comes back clear: Deleted Console screen shot due to members email address was visible on it. Please blank out all private information on screen shots before posting. ~ PTD.   So… what does that mean? Why am getting a “device infected” warning in the console? N.B.: My mobile is a Galaxy 5. Running Windows 10 and Android 9 - have installed Free version of the free version of Webroot - does it provide an Internet Firewall

I'm unable to install Webroot Secure Web Browser on my Samsung tablet because it's not compatible.  The version of OS software on my tablet is 8.1.0.  I do have Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile installed.    What should I do?  Thanks for your help.

can’t remove mobil phone

Hello, I see this notification offering to clean up files (attached image). I feel it is dodgy. Webroot scan doesn't pick up anything. Do you know I could remove? Thank you!      

Webroot Mobile is constantly draining my battery on my Galaxy S3 Tablet. It accounts for 48% of my battery usage while the tablet sleeps. I can put my tablet to sleep with the battery anywhere between 90 - 100% and by morning the tablet will be powered of with 0% battery. I’ve had tech support go thru everything and troubleshoot the tablet over & over again and it’s always the same conclusion, WRSA. It gets old. I shut down WRSA and my battery will not lose more than 2% battery while the computer sleeps. So I’m certain that webroot mobile is the problem.   Any suggestions?

Is anyone having continuous threats popping up with Webroot Mobile Security? I just had to reset my Samsung Note 8 this morning and I'm getting this Threat from Outlook. False positives perhaps?
