Webroot Mobile

When I go to the online mobile security panel it shows : 0 Devices Protected 0 Devices Needing Attention 0 Devices Infected I have started a scan and restarted my phone. I have uninstalled secure anywhere and reinstalled secure anywhere and the same with secure web from the play store on my phone. On my phone it shows that I am protected, I have secure anywhere, secure web and that lost device protection is on but on the online control panel I show no current device, only add device. When I go to add device it shows security complete (old) is installed. When I click on installed it says this item isn't available. When I go to the other webroot mobile security and antivirus app, it shows installed and in faded type it shows Vortex Matrix, your device already has this item installed. I have a Vortex Matrix phone running android version 5.1, if that makes a difference?

Why is the USB debugging warning showing when USB debugging is turned off on an Android phone.

"I have Webroot SecureAnywhere installed on my desktop. I think it is supposed to protect several computers. Can I add my Ipad to it?"

Wo can provide an explanation? What app is this from? It seems malicious.

My Samsung tablet is not showing under the list of Mobile devices although I have the program installed and registered my key code.

I've managed to get my android keycode/device to appear in my portal, however it is saying it's in "Free" status. I've been using it for a while now, and only recently thought to add it to my portal account (my pc account is paid separately). Clicking "Add device" on the mobile security tab, shows the instructions to get it working.. I think, however it links a "premier version" of the app, which doesn't seem to exist any longer. Perhaps that popup is out of date?

How do you scan your iPhone

There's s blank screen under general settings in secure anywhere. The only heading is support options but still nothing listed. Is there something wrong? See attached screen shot.

Secureweb cannot be downloaded on Samsung galaxy tab s2

I'm new to this app and asking if I can get help plz? I had my phone stolen when I fell asleep in a public place. I remember turning the phone off at 12:16am. I'm trying to get webroot to locate my device but it's only saying that it's unable to contact the device. Looking like it has yet to be powered back up bcuz each other new search says same. My question is: can I do something to get last known location and is there a way to find the device while it's turned off? Are user's limited to what they have access to compared to getting in contact with your company? If u have the ability to find the device while it's off would you mind sharing with me 😊

Immediately after updating WSA-Mobile to version 5.5.6.46428 my Asus Android 7.0 tablet showed a warning that WSA is malware (see attached screenshot). The update was downloaded from the Google Play Store, wherein the problem is also reported in the user reviews. I crossed my fingers and clicked to "IGNORE" the warning to complete the installation. Does anybody in the Community have any ideas of explanation? Thanks.

I have 2 questions: First, I was able to download the SecureWeb app on my iPhone 6 no problem. However, it won't allow me to sign in. When I click on "sign in" it takes me to the Webroot website, where I sign in. But the app tells me I am not signed in. How can I sign into the app itself? I am so confused. Second, there appears to be two different apps in the Apple app store for Webroot: SecureWeb, and another one called WiFi Security. What is the difference? In any case, I can't log into either app successfully. Thanks!

Did we lose this program with the update? Just updated today.

I recently switched android cell phone to new android cell phone. On older Cell I had an app called webroot secure anywhere mobile. Now on the new Cell phone I cannot find this app anywhere except something on Amazon that looks like the same app but you have to download an open source amazon app to be able to download the webroot secure anywhere app (free) for android so anyway can you tell me is thee a webroot secure for android app that is free ?

I have a Samsung galaxy s8 plus and I have searched for the app and even pulled up the links it gives me to download the Webroot secureanywhere mobile and it says it can't be found.

Hey.   Having a small bug in the console which says my android device requires attention. But i open the app on my phone and nothing is showing as a problem.   Ran scans on the phone and yet it still says it needs attention

I'm having a problem with my console showing my mobile device needs attention, "current scan out of date" so I open the app, scan and nothing changes. The scan completes and shows no problems so what's up with the message? Also, when I click the "how to fix" button it talks about 'responding to alerts' but my phone shows no alerts. I don't know if this is a glitch or what? Any suggestions? Phone seems fine... also, when I go to my console on my laptop, it doesn't show my laptop. I click on the blank space and it shows my laptop then, but not on the console. That's what makes me think I have some kind of glitch. Any ideas? Thanks

How can I recover screenshots I accidentally deleted? 

Up until this past week I had Call & SMS Blocking under Identity and Privacy on my mobile phone in Webroot. I no longer have that option and it is no longer blocking calls.

The title states my problem pretty well. My console has active keys assigned to it and the mobile app is using one of the current active keys. Any ideas?
