Step 3 in the navigation instructions attached below doesn't exist. Hence the remaining options are not available either. Had something changed and help need updating our do I have an issue?

Hi, I'm trying to get some information if I have a legitimate issue on my phone or if this can be ignored. On Monday (4/22) Webroot mobile (Galaxy Note 9 on Android 9.0) started flagging apps I've been using for months as threats telling me they were Trojans. These apps hadn't been updated recently and were things like the Samsung calculator, an app called Trainerize, and something called CSC.apk (com.samsung.sec.android.application.csc). I used the option in Webroot to ignore the apps, updated my Webroot from the playstore and the Trainerize app and restarted my phone and the apps are no longer on the ignore list. However the CSC.apk is still flagged as a threat. I can't find any information about what this file does other than it has to do with some features on Samsung phones and when I tried removing the threat, Webroot wasn't able to. I've just let it be now thinking Webroot will update it's definitions and it will no longer flag this,

Hello. In my websecure web account I had my mobile phone but registered with a wrong number, very strange! But unfort was not possible to modify the number from the web console as it always complained because of wrong format number. So I decided to delete and re-add it. I didn unistall the app. In my mobile phone (Android) the websecure app is working good but now I don't see my device anymore in the web console. How to re-add it?Thanks

I have had Secure Anywhere on my HTC One phone for a while without needing to enter a password. Now the phone requires a password to unlock the screen which I am able to do. However, I would like to return to password free access to the phone. Is there a way I can change the settings to do this?

I installed webroot to my Samsung Note 9 yesterday. I ser it up so the screen lock is password protected. I want to change this setting so that the screen is NOT password protected. I cant figure out how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have logged into my account and it says my mobile is protected. My mobile app on the other hand is showing a constant alert. I have uninstalled it and made sure the administrator app permission is active. Please help!

Why is this security software all of a sudden telling me that the weather channel, Microsoft Outlook, and my duck duck go browser are Trojans? And that I should delete them? I know what I am going to delete.

All of the sudden my phone app is being detected as a trojan virus. Did a scan and 34 threats popped up including the play store. What's going on?

Hi, I am a Webroot newbie, just getting up to speed with password management on Android.  I just wanted to confirm whether I am missing something, because from what I can see the usability set-up for Android seems very poor. I took out WebrootSecureAnywhere-Internet Security Plus for 5 devices/3 Yrs for anti-virus cover PC/Mac/Android Mobile/iOS mobile devices and to have frictionless Password Management across these devices.  To date I have installed WSA on the PC (Huawei Matebook) and an Andriod Mobile (Xiaomi Mi 😎. The Anti-Virus set-up on both looks great. On the PC the Password Management looks ok (after I turned off Google PWM). On Andoid the Password Management looks quite poor.  Everything I have read states that on Android the SecureWeb browser must be used. However I use many retailer apps - its significantly more convenient than browsing and I am able to organise them into the folders as I wish. I cannot do this with the S

My phone always has a "software pending. Waiting for Wi-Fi connection" in my notifications when pulled down. My phone is set to download over either network... Data or Wi-Fi. Any thoughts??

I recently installed NordVPN on both my GalaxyS7 and my PC. I recently realized that SecureAnywhere was not even running and crashed multiple times on my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled but when I went to scan for viruses the Error Code 1011 came up stating "Limited or No Connectivity" Once I disconnected from the VPN the scan ran correctly. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this? I opened a chat with NordVPN yesterday and the guy told me he didnt use antivirus software so he couldn't relate to my issue....

When I scan my pixel 3 using webroot by clicking the "Scan for Viruses" button, I see a progress bar that says "scanning" very briefly and then it almost instantly goes to "Scan complete" with "no threats found". I have scanned many times before and this is unusual. When I logon to the webroot site, I can see that it thinks my phone needs attention. It says the current scan is out of date. I uninstalled/reinstalled and have the same issue.

With the recent battery drain issues I uninstalled Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile from my Google Pixel 3 and my Samsung Galaxy TAB S2 4G. I have installed the beta version on both devices and the the Pixel 3 is listed is Mobile Security in My Web Console and TAB S2 is not listed. I have reinstalled a couple of times, including wiping the cache partition before a reinstall. The TAB S2 is a SM-T815Y running Android 7. Any ideas please?

My mobile security keeps saying it needs attention. I have run several scans and there is no fix button to stop this from showing. Can someone help me?

I am being notified by Webroot that I have High CPU issues. This has happened twice since the new updated Mobile Android v5.5.4.36995. My device gets really hot and I have tried to get a screen shot of the notification but it blanks out. I have restarted my phone and it still feels warmer then usual. Samsung Galaxy Note 8

I have lately been getting notifications that webroot is overloading the CPU in my Samsung galaxy S7. has there been an update that may be responsible as I am very wary of closing the app as it repeatedly asks.

I have installed webroot for a while and its functioning ok but it seems to be draining my battery badly . I am using a Saamsung S3 MIni phone and bettery life used to be about a day and now its just a few hours.    Tony

It used to take somewhere close to a minute and I could watch the progress bar. For the last 2 days, I have noticed that my Moto G5S plus's battery is draining in less than one day - highly unusual - and when I try scanning for malware, it finishes in less than 3 seconds. I deleted 2 apps, limited a few more apps, but the unusual behavior continues. My phone is less than 1 year old, so a battery dying like this doesn't seem right to me. Thank you for any advise. I have Secure Anywhere for 5.

Do I need to change over to last pass on my tablet, I am using last pass on my desktop, Regards, Simon
