Hello, I have been facing the subject issue continuously. To see if this issue can be resolved, I have tried the following but to no avail:1. Installing and reinstalling from the WSA homepage2. Downloading and installing from the My Account3. Downloading and installing from the online console management websiteThe product I use is Webroot Internet Security Complete.Does anyone know a permanent fix to this issue?

I have a Samsung galaxy s5 cell phone. For some reason in the settings of the phone under "Accessibility" in the services section, Webroot goes from on to off. Why is this happening? When this happens Webroot tell me that I am not secure. I then go to settings and turn Webroot on. Thanks for your help.

Is it like going on an exciting adventure to download Stick War Legacy from a website instead of the Play Store, or could it be risky and cause problems for your device's security? Hi, This is to bring to the benign notice of the forum members that Webroot console is not accepting the security code generated by Lastpass Authenticator which I reinstalled. Whenever I try to reset 2FA , I cannot do it shows the error code 405.Though I input the correct answers for security questions it is not accepting and shows the error code 405. As I cannot login Webroot I cannot read customer support messages. As I am from India calling Webroot customer care costs me much.I phoned Webroot customer support number +1 866-612-4227 the call disconnected in the middle. One of the Webroot customer care executives cannot resolve my problem. I am posting this in the forum as a last resort. Anyone could you guide me please ?Thankking you,Dr.Siva
Installed Webroot Secure Anywhere on my MacBook Pro M1 running Ventura, and the initial scan has run for hours and never completes. It appears that it is scanning every file in my OneDrive, most of which are cloud-based.This makes Webroot useless for me, and I’m going to have to remove it and go with another alternative.Truly sad, as Webroot used to be a decent product.

But I just noticed that you as well offer VPN services. Currently I'm using Surfshark that has CleanWeb feature that works like a malware/tracker/phishing protection and an adBlock as well. Does Webroot WiFi Security VPN provide similar features? If you have adBlock and tracker/malware protection implemented I would consider switching since I like your antivirus very much. And what protocol does it use on Android devices? Thank you.

From advance setting > scan setting> Scan Option > selected scan mount Drive but still It does not Scan my External SSD . Just purchased a new 5 user license, enter OK on webroot console and correctly shows 365 days left. However the backup and sync buttons are no longer on the console. If I log into my Carbonite+Webroot online console, under backup it states I have no subscription. The webroot websites clearly state the license has 25Gb of stoarage included. Any ideas how I get it to work?

I have tried multiple system restore points, and I’m getting the following error everytime. Yes, I disabled Webroot (realtime shield, Web shield, Firewall). I ran sfc /scannow, I ran check disk. No issues found. So then, I tried booting in safe mode, and trying a system restore again, and I got this…. more specific error. What am I to do? Uninstall Webroot and never use it again? I need the ability to restore my system (LIKE NOW!) and even in safe mode Webroot is hindering me? Or is it something I’m overlooking?

Over the past month I have been getting a warning from the Samsung S10e system (Android 12) that Webroot is consuming too much CPU and to disable it.
