DO I HAVE TO LET MY SUBSRIPTION RUN OUT BEFORE I ENTER A NEW KEY FOR A NEW ONE.

I currently have, Webroot secureAnywhere and it's almost up. I purchased a new one on ebay, Webroot internet SecureAnywhere plus. I thought I had downloaded the new version but when I checked my AV statis it still said I had 19 days and it was my older version ( Webroot secureAnyhere ) that still had the 19 days left.

How do I disable or remove the requirement of an authentication code generated by an app on my phone

I mistakenly set up my login to require an authentication code everytime I login to webroot secureanywhere.  It is unnecessay, inconvenient, and I would like to change that requirement.  How would I do that?

Was working with someone who said they were going to call back when done fixing my computer remotely and no one has called me in 2 hours and now office is closed! Please what do I do with my computer?!

what is a WSRA.exe-Application errorThe exception unknown software exception(0xc000049)

I am trying to understand Webroot better by clicking my way around.  However I have had this happen to me twice now and I do not know if it is a serious problem or not.  Started at https://Utilities > System Control >Reports > now it was either Protection Stats or Execution History, it says if you want to view an event just double click, I did, and this window pops up saying WEBROOT SecureAnywhere: WRSA.exe-Application Error The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x754ce358 Click okay to terminate the program Not sure what this means.  Is there a problem?  Am I helping or making things worse by clicking okay, which I had to to leave this area :-/  Obviously I need to learn how to add a picture to the forum.  Sorry.

I'm having problems updating to Windows 10 and wondering if I need to uninstall Webroot.

I'm having problems updating to Windows 10.  I get to 75% before it reverts to windows 8.1. Do I need to uninstall Webroot.  If so, is there any problems with reloading it??

QuestionI have Webroot SecureAnywhere Essentials or Complete.  I normally have a padlock icon on my Webroot system tray icon if I am browsing the internet, but sometimes it isn't there when I'm browsing HTTPS sites.  Am I still protected? AnswerThis is usually a cosmetic issue.  Typically the shield itself is actually working fine but the icon is not showing up properly in the system tray.   If you would like to test the Identity shield, the testing program available at the following website can test whether or not the shield is working:  http://www.zemana.com/anti-keylogger.aspx As long as it's working, you will see that on HTTPS sites your keystrokes are not logged and screen grabs do not show anything.   In the event it turns out to be more than a cosmetic issue in your case, you should open a support ticket here.

Firefox missing webroot tool bar and buttom

Hi,  My Firefox browser is missing the Webroot toolbar and buttom.  Somehow the SecureAnywere button has appeared, and at one point I had both buttoms.  I have ran the toolbar install, several times, tried to uninstall and then install the toolbar again.  It is on the google browser and works fine.  Not sure what to do now, any help will be appreciated.   Jack

Downloading TurboYourPc

When attempting to download the free version of TurboYourPc the Webroot software blocked the installation and removed the download because of a threat.  Is anyone familiar with problems using Turbo?  I am trying to increase the speed of my computer and saw an article on Yahoo this morning advocating the use of this product and there were several user endorsements.

Reinstallation of Webroot Internet Securtity

Recently I purchased a new laptop with Windows 10 preloaded and redeemed WebRoot Internet Security. Shortly thereafter I had to reset my PC settings. I lost my security. I've tried to reinstall by going to the site where it tells me to enter my last name and email address to send me another key code. It does not recognize my license. Also I have tried to create an account and when I get the confirmation email and the link in it I get directed to the Webroot site that gives me the ErrorWB(102): Registration cannot be completed. Can anyone give me some insight into what I need to do restore Webroot Internet Security to my PC? Thanks

Missing coverage

When I bring up Webroot on the desktop, there appears to be gaps in coverage. Even though this is a paid for disc, do I still have to pay further to get FULL coverage?

Password Manager stopped working this AM. The Auto Fill feature is not working as well. Any ideas as to why?   I use Firefox on my PC for work.   Also, the pull down tab no longer appears alongside the Webroot icon at the top of my browser.

received call from indian man saying he was with widows and my lap top was sending out messages to

my is cliff i have a 4 yyear old toshiba lap top.2 nights ago a indian man with severe accent said he was from windows and that my lap top had been hhacked but not to have any worries he could remotely fix it. 2 hours later he says to finishing to fix the problem i would have to give him a check for 300 dollars.has anyone hve this happen to them.i cancled check next morning and now have very slow lap top ...and he calls here 5 times a day

How do I "Renew" with a product keycode from a Store-purchased copy?

I want to use the keycode from a store-purchased package on a laptop with no cd drive.  I downloaded the installer and even after uninstalling the existing application, it still shows an expiration in 4 days, all this after I entered the new Keycode.   So how can I use the product I alrteady have?

Cannot find Webroot on uninstall page in Control Panel

I attempted to install a new year of Security Plus, by first uninstalling the old version.  That uninstall worked.  I then ran the downloadable installer and entered the new code, but i still showed the old subscription.  I went to the Windows Contol Panel to uninstall it again, AND IT DOES NOT SHOW UP AT ALL!  It still loads and runs, but tells me I only have 3 days left on my subscription (The OLD subscription code).  How can I get the old one off and then install the new one if I can't do an Uninstall?

I renewed subscription online, one of my PC's is renewed, but the other is still saying it isn't, wh

Got the notice that I needed to renew my subscription, (I have two PC's on this account/key code).  I renewed online, the PC I used to renew is now protected for another year, however, the other PC is still showing an upcoming expiration.  How do I link the two to the same subcription renewal?

9.0 software is installed for Windows 10, but password Mgr. does not work like Windows 7 did?

I have the 9.0 software installed, but Password Manager does not work like it did in Windows 7. Is there anyway to get it working like that again?
