How do I install the Webroot Toolbar? I keep getting the message "Automatic Login to the site Anysite.com may not work because the Webroot Toolbar is not installed."

In the Backup & Sync tab, the on/off buttons are sometimes off so nothing backs up. I don't know why

When I log into the Webroot software from my laptop, and go to the Backup and Sync tab, the on/off buttons are sometimes turned off, thus nothing backs up or syncs. I have never turned these buttons off manually, so I have no idea why this keeps happening.

program manager won't work properly on PC

My WR (ISP) was just installed by Geek Squad.   I was able to login to Password manager and list 4 sites using my own passwords.  However, when I left and returned to PM 3 of the 4 PW were empty and the 4th was illegible.  I would like to have WR generate random secure PW for each new site that I list, but can't get any advanced PW manager screen to open.  Would you please list the steps needed?  I am running WR inside of Chrome - was I supposed to register WR with Chrome before starting?  Thanks,

Webroot  says my computer is protected.  When I go to my acct it says my subscription is expired.  Why?

How do I unblock my external drive's software manager

Not Internet Security Plus, just Internet Security.   Bot a new desktop and installed Webroot as per salesperson recommendation. My Seagate external drive works and I can transfer files to/from the drive. However, after installing the Seagate Manager software the manager does not recognize the drive. An internet page suggested aggressive anti virus might be blocking the program.

How do I update security code when renewing subscription

I've purchased Webroot to renew my subscription. I was told all I had to do was update the security code, but when I go to Webroot it also asks me for personal security code. I don't know what that is. This is the first time for renewing Webroot.

I have internet Security Plus - 2 years.

What about antivirus or spywere or something coming through a e-mail is what I have enough protection ?  The location is for a home not a Business  WEBROOT.

I've lost my keycode and disk

Hi, I got Webroot with my Samsung laptop at the Best Buy Black Friday bundle, and I just wiped out the computer, and I need to install an antivirus, just to find that I don't have my keycode. I don't know what to do. I DO know that I can download the software online, but I have lost the keycode. Sorry that I double posted, I forgot I didn't have Webroot Security PLUS.

I keep receiving Amazon emails with the attachment icon but nothing is included. Hack job?

Good morning.  I keep receiving emails from Amazon which appear to be legitimate since they deal with purchases I recently made over the past 24 hours.  However, the email message appears with the "attachment" icon listed but no attachment is included in the message.  Just wondered if this is a hack situation or not.  Of course, all I did was open the message but did not click on any links inside the message.  Do I need to worry about this situation?  WSA scan did not identify any issues.  Amazon said they do not send out messages with attachments.  What should I do, if anything, at this stage?  Thanks for your help.

Renewal problems

I have a Lenovo, and my webroot expired and I just renewed it and the money was taken out of my credit card and everything but it still has a red explanation point but it says protected when I check my status. I was just wondering if this is an issue, and I also purchased the original from Best Buy. Any help anyone could give would set my mind at ease. Thank you. Jordan

Firewall does not show the options to "Warn if any new, untrusted process connects to the Internet."

The Firewall Advanced Settings do not show the options for the various outbound choices shown in User Manual.   Win 10 64 bit.   Is this a bug or a limitation of the Trial?

Webroot identified and removed four rootkits.

Webroot removed four rootkits and found nothing more after follow-up scan.  Should I still be concerned?  Should I perform clean install using backup software to eliminate any possibility the computer is still infected but undetected?

The trial desktop working,why the mobile not working because:" The passwords must be between 9 and 30 characters long. It must include at least 6 letters and 3 numbers. So I change the password few time but on moble not working ... just on website.

Exempt Website from checking

I'm having an issue with webroot when connecting from certain hotspots, ones run by Harborlink in particular.  After connecting to these hotspots they prevent any outgoing internet traffic until you have accepted the terms of service.  However it looks like Webroot is trying to verify the website by going to the internet, which it can't do at that point because the terms of service haven't been accepted yet.  I guess it thinks there is an active internet connection because it sees an IP address and default gateway in place but doesn't realize that outgoing packets aren't being allowed yet.  The result is that the Harborlink page won't come up, and therefore I can't accept the  terms of service or get on the internet.  The only solution is to shutdown Webroot until after the terms of service are accepted.    What I'm looking for is a way to exempt specific websites from any checking by Webroot so that I don't have to shut it down in order to get b
