Hi, I'm unable to scan due to not be able to connect to internet..

HOw do i add webroot as an addin to outlook

anyone have trouble connecting to the internet with any browser or mail program on windows 10

I just updated my computer to windows 10 - kindly confirm that I have webroot coverage?

I upgraded to windows 10, it shows webroot secure anywhere, but says it's disabled. Windows defender is turned on, but it won't let me enable webroot. When I hit the webroot icon, it let me do a scan and optimization, but I don't know if it is actually doing anything since the security says it's disabled. I upgraded on my laptop, but it is also being installed on my desktop (windows 10). My subscription is about to expire, and I don't know whether to renew it or not. I'm worried about having windows defender as my only security. Please help, Joyce

just downloaded webroot and tried to set up my account only to get error message - UCR2. How can I get arround this? I tried in both chrome and explorer.

When I first installed Webroot, it removed adware and spyware.  Now the adware is back, and when I run a scan, it does not detect them.  Very disappointed in product.

Webroot suggests that my CPU is outdated and underpowered. How can I remedy this without purchasing a new computer?

I have a peplink soho router up to date on firmware. Peplink says not their problem but to try security software. Here is the issue, I can connect to soho router with phones and tablets. Router connects to wifi Hotspot. When I connect laptop running webroot secureanywhere I can connect to the router but with limited Internet connectivity. I immediately try another device and have connectivity and immediately try laptop with no success. I turn off realtime shield in webroot and I have connectivity. How do I tell webroot the router is ok?

When I switched from Norton to SecureAnywhereInternetSecurity, I started getting pop-ups to renew my old Norton.   Can anyone tell me how to get rid of them.  Thanks, Bob

  I have a file that pops up to install/ open  7de2fd7.js Windows 8.1 has a caution message , unsure where this file originated from or how i keep getting.   I presume it has stuck itself on hard drive but search shows nothing.   I am one of the ones who tried windows 10 and found it be slower and freezing issues, so I removed,   any thoughts or answers appreciated.   Jagsbeach

I get multipule warnings even when I am on very trusted sites.  I assume the warnings are linked to ads on the sites or other issues, bus since I can't tell what site they are warning about, I sometimes go anyway as I may not be seeing expected content from the site I am on.
