I’ve had WR Complete installed on 3 laptops for the past year and each is set to expire in 4 days.  I just bought a “download” renewal subscription that I thought would provide a new keycode.  Instead it only provides a link to the wsinstall.exe installation app which, when clicked on, only opens my currently-installed Webroot app..How do I find my new keycode?Thanks,

My account email is (Snip) Removed Private Information. Please Do Not Post Private Information on an Open Forum. ~ PTDOur subscription is showing expired.  We auto renewed June 24th, 2022, through our bank account.   Our Wi-protection is also saying expired. 

Hi folks - Could I ask, the Secure Anywhere application / subscription of course has a built-in firewall. I am running Windows 11 which has its own Windows defender also with a firewall. Currently I have both enabled but is this necessary and could it cause performance degradation in respect of internet speed or possible conflicts?? Is it better to have one or the other live rather than both running at the same time.To date I don't believe I have had any conflicts, but my system does sometimes have issues with internet connectivity which could be due to having x2 firewalls running at once.Thank you - Ben

Why am I unable to access the Webroot  console on Webroot mobile? When I click on the Webroot mobile app it takes me to a Chrome web page.

When will Mobile and Chromebook devices be displayed in the My Account Portal?   I am accessing my account via the New Carbonite Webroot portal page. I am on the Security Summary and I should have 5 devices. Only 2 PC’s show up.  Nothing for the phones or chromebook.   How I am supposed to know how many keycodes I have left and where they were distributed?  Also, if I had to deactivate one of these devices (because I have a two year subscription)  there’s no way to do that either. The older portal had many features you could run directly from it. They were under the COMMANDS section.  There was SCAN, System Optimizer, Restart PC, DEACTIVATE, Cleanup, Lock PC, Shutdown PC.  It also required the security code one created when logging in.But the new Carbonite portal is missing these features. They added security questions but not the security code. And there are no Commands like I listed above.The whole thing is very confusing from a consumer point of view.  

I renewed Webroot from an Amazon purchase and when I go to my account from within Webroot, I go to a place called Carbonite-Webroot and they don’t have all my information on second computer.    Have I been hacked, just a few minutes before that when I went to my account from within Webroot, it shows 7 days left on my two computers.  Then I put in new keycode and end up going to Carbonite-Webroot and have to create a whole new logon.  And it says my second computer has expired and it had 7 more days.  Haven’t started it yet to enter new keycode.  I don’t know what this Carbonite is?  I see I can’t type suppose to be What happen to my account and it won’t let me change it.

Everytime I go on Google Chrome,  Mcaffee and Norton bombard me with at least 20  virus warnings that my computer is infected.  I must carefully close each screen by selecting the x in the middle of the screen on the right side.  I had my Geek Squad people remove the problem a week ago but it has returned.  It has obviously embedded itself into my PC. 

I start the scan, the scan cancels after 4 seconds. Subscription is current.

I have a credit card that I only use for online purchases; only on my home wi-fi.  Someone hacked into it and, fortunately, the credit card company alerted me and protected my account.  Aren’t I supposed to get some sort of alert from webroot?

I am having difficulty deleting malware infection. It is  showing as white cross on red shield. I have uninstalled and installed four times with same result. Any thoughts?

When I try to uninstall AVAST which has appeared uninvited on my computer it crashes my computer. It has been suggested that I turn off Webroot and try and uninstall it again.

I have Webroot on 2 different laptops. My subscription just renewed so I checked both of them to be sure it updated. I discovered that one laptop says subscription 371 day and the other says subscription 255 days. Why is there such a difference, shouldn’t both of them be the same?

Hi Team, I am coming from a McAfee EPo and ESET  solution to a webroot solution. I am using the “Management Console  -  CE 22.4” to setup a range of Windows servers. I have a few questions: 1:  Can we set the on access scan to “scan only on write” not read.2:  Should we use file/folder exclusions?3:  Is there a live scanning monitor to see what is being scanned at any time - this will test what should and what should not be scanned? We also have seen that when we do a remote desktop to a server, the scanner activates and the CPU increases. Thanks Phil 

How can I tell when my coverage is on

I am trying to install Dizzion but it won't install. I need it for a job that requires a secure remote worker system. Their IT department said that Webroot may be to blame. Can I undo Webroot to install it then reactivate it later?

I noticed that when playing Deathloop (via Steam), the CPU usage of webroot goes up to 25% and fluctuates between that number and 10% constantly.I tried adding the deathloop.exe to the ignore file in the PC security options, but it doesn’t let me (It’s almost ½ gig in size).Any solutions?Thanks.
