I clicked on a link I shouldn’t have, and by doing so introduced my computer to a malwar called mergenetworkprotocol.  It produces pop-up ads on my computer that won’t go away.  On the web, I learned that it can do a lot of other nasty things.  How can I get rid of it?

I checked the admin guide and couldn't find a way to do this nor could I find a way to send the existing campaigns we have to one more user/target that got added later.

I just installed my 5 device Webroot on 5 items but one of them keeps getting notificaion that protection is expiring soon and to renew. I go to the site and it shows a full year still available. What is wrong

I have webroot coverage for VPN plus I think anti Virus.  But I have a thing called HP Smart printer and they told me that I have malare and worms on my system, so if I have antivirus that should kill it yes? Please have a support agent call me to set me straight.  Also my PC says I have coverage as a tablet is that correct?

I am new here. Currently running WebrootSecureEverywhere. My wife's outlook email address has been scrubbed and now receives 75-250 spam/phishing emails a day into her junk folder. Is there anything we can do to filter/block this kind of activity from reaching her account? Right now we have to manually delete these on a daily basis. Welcome any tips that can can be implemented. TIA

hello, I am not sure this is the correct place to ask but i am getting nowhere with general support  it keeps looping to the main webroot page when they send me a email address and password to log in. anyways the issue is i have an account somewhere with webroot not sure becuase i have not used it in a while under a gmail account that has been compromised on the dark web. I need to confirm if this email is still in use and have it deleted. please assist if any thanks

Lately Webroot has been detecting printdialog.exe as a trojan virus. All certificates, date stamps check out as Microsoft’s software. Windows 11 not to long ago changed the print structure. Has anyone else run across this issue?Thank you ...

I keep getting a  CAPTCHA box that pops up from Webroot.  It appears for less than a second over top of whatever I’m working on then goes away.  This occurs with varying frequency - sometimes every minute or so.  When it happens, whatever I'm working on stops and sometimes minimizes.  How do I get rid of this?

I keep getting this error message and this is after a fresh reformat + reinstall of Windows 7. I can't find the picture of the error message either.  I'll keep looking.  It may be a virus in the bios preventing webroot from installing since this is a fresh install of windows 7 with hard drive reformat.  

I have an authentication code which I have used before. When asking for the code I am getting the dialog below. When I enter the whole code it says its invalid. Googling seems to imply I should be getting asked for specific letters/numbers, eg, enter SECOND… FOURTH letter. What can I do, I have tried 2 browser, chrome and firefox and both with same results 

When Webroot was checking my computer, I received a call from someone who identified with Webroot and said my computer was corrupted and I needed to add a firewall which I agreed. Now that I have received a bill for $799.99 from Crown Technologies from Richardson, Texas, I beginning to think that I have been scammed. Has anyone else had this experience?

I use a Webroot Internet Security Plus subscription that comes with a LastPass account. With all the negative media reports, reviews and opinions being thrown around in the social media circles, I was wondering if fellow Webroot community members who are all using Webroot ( I assume) for their internet security, would still recommend using LastPass as the primary password manager as it comes together with the Webroot subscription.  sm-d 

I am facing internet security problems as I am using WordPress CMS. Now what should be the security measure to take to protect my website from attackers. 

I just discovered that Facebook app on my android phone was tracking my activity on the LastPass app.I find unacceptable that a company that provides security services allows an information hog like Facebook to intrude in something  so sensitive. We pay for a service to keep our information private and secure, not to be used and sold. I cannot trust Webroot or Lastpass anymore, I had the software less than a month, how do I get a refund?

Webroot no longer shows a green checkmark by websites to indicate which websites are safe in the browser. How can I get that fearure back?

So many issues! Buttons in the desktop dashboard panel stops working randomly, namely the 'Learn more', 'Get started ' and also the button that allows you to submit a suspicious URL for analysis.  And the mobile app is even worse because it just zaps out the batter life of the device. I'm using the latest version of the mobile app and my phone is Pixel 4a (4g)  It takes forever to connect with someone when you can their support number plus since I am outside of the USA, it's very costly too. 

My computer was beeping loudly and said that windows defender detected my IP number was hacked, I guess. They want me to call an 888 number, but I don’t think I should. I have you for protection, I thought you would know if I was having trouble. I am not savv with all this stuff and now I am afraid. Can someone help me?
