I brought a webrot online and paid for it on my credit card….(Deleted Keycode) PTDI got another webrot from Geek Quad… (Deleted Keycode) PTD The first one is the one that is active on my computer. I need refund back to my credit card for the one their.

As per topic I have lots of expired keys - how to delete them?Also I am sure I could just manually add keys here? Can’t seem to do that either….As per topic - how to do this? I can switch between consoles but not delete unused / expired?

Hello! I have just bought a two year renewal for my Webroot Secureanwhere but the android app is not avaliable on Google Play in Sweden anymore!? Have also tried to get in in Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia and Germany but  the app it´s simply not avalible there either?? Have tried to get help from the support but they simply can´t or don´t know why if and when the app will be avaliable again in Europe as before!?Can anyone please help me with a list of contries in Europe where I can download the app since I´m lost without the app!Best regards,Lars M.

Hi - I used to be able to log into one of my consoles and add a new keycode - now the option has gone and been replaced with “buy a new keycode” - any idea why this is and if the old option is coming back? Thanks

It was identified in scan as: 1 infection has been identifiedW32.Deceptor.Surfshark                            C:\ProgramData\Caphyon\Advanced Installer\{7DE31F91-EAE8-4282-A766-8808055D9CF6}\SurfsharkSetup.exe - 5EFCDC05BC1DCB425D4FCAFA08326744I believe when error came up on scan that SurfsharkSetup.exe and cmf2bo0t.exe were also identified as being involved. Anybody know what this infection is, how it got on my computer, what damage it could do and how to prevent it from coming back?  Thanks.

I have changed internet security programs before and all of them have removed the prior security company before installing. Do I need to manually uninstall Trend Micro?

Hello,A few weeks ago, I purchased a new subscription, entered the key code, and after all this time, I am still seeing my subscription is expired on the WebRoot app (Windows 10 64bit, regularly updated).That said, scans are still being performed as scheduled and the results show threats are being detected/removed as usual. Everything looks good, and then the app has a big red header with “Protected” and an exclamation mark and is providing “Subscription         Expired”If this is more or less just a bug with the app, no big deal, as long as I’m actually protected. WebRoot is great, so I hope the issue is just that. If anyone can advise, that’d be great. Thanks.Ben

I have a folder w/subfolders in the Webroot Anywhere folder in Backup & Sync.  Over the past several months I have deleted the folder many times.  It continues to return with all the subfolders.  I was able to delete the files within the folders but not the actual folders.  I have deleted from the cloud…...I have deleted from the computer…. I have deleted from both places within seconds of each other.  Nothing has worked.  It seems it is stuck in space.Is there a solution other than submitting a ticket?  

Does Webroot have the ability to scan my IoT devices for malware and vulnerabilities?Bitdefender and TrendMicro both offer this,  Avast One probably does, but you have to go ‘premium’.Bitdefender found vulnerabilities in my BT Business Hub 6.

I have had Secure Anywhere 22.1 since 07/2021 and my account is showing expired (STILL)  I can not log into my account.  I do not know if my protections are up to date because of EXPIRED status. I would really appreciate help.  Have spent so much time on this.  Everything is good to go on BestBuys end now…….  Plz help.

Yesterday (3/7/2022) I started to get C:\Program” warning messages on my personal computer.    I see some replies in the Related topics.   The replies are several years old.    It’s difficult for me to determine if this is an issue that I should address and fix.   Or just ignore.   Can someone please help? Here is what I’m seeing on my personal computer:  File Name Warning:   There is a file or folder on your computer called “C:\Program” which could cause certain applications to not run correctly.   Renaming it to “C:\Program1” would solve this problem.    Would you like to rename it now?      I clicked on the Rename button. After I click on the Rename button, I get the message “File Access Denied - You’ll need to provide administrator permission to rename this file”.     I clicked on the Continue button After I click on the Continue button, I get the message “This action can’t be completed because the file is open in Webroot SecureAn

I paid for the subscription received a disk but the  download does not work.  I guess I need a key code which I have yet to receive.  

After 30 days the LastPass account I have done due to webroot partnering with it just went free instead of keeping it premium and if I try to upgrade gives me this message:What can I do about it? I’m about to cancel the subscription because of this since I would need another password manager and that defeats the purpose of having webroot on everything.

While i was on a help desk call to quicken, I was told I should have webroot to protect my computer. I could buy a lifetime subscr1ption for $249 plus tax for a total of $266.00. If I did not buy the subscription, the help desk call would be $99. The billing department told be the charge would be $299.99.After I set up my account with webroot, I saw that 95 pc's were using the same security key. sa5c-ttbb-xxxx-xxxx-67daThe charge was processed through paypal. The company as Removed email address for privacy concerns!

My computer was hacked thats why I purchased Webroot. I installed it with no problem but I keep getting a component installer request failed, please try again. Does this mean my system isn't fully installed? 

I am told I am not protected. Considering I paid for an other year, I dont understand what is going on.

Wouldn’t it be great if text generated by Webroot did not obscure text from search hit titles? Just saying...

Hello, Recently my Windows 10 OS was corrupted but repaired. However, the Webroot icon in my taskbar is now gone. I’ve checked the Webroot site and it seems that I’m still covered but I’m not sure if Webroot will notify me when they’re running a scan on my system ( I prefer to see these pop-ups as they are reassuring).How can I get the icon back and will Webroot continue its notifications?

I rarely “sign-in” to my.webrootanywhere.com, but attempted to do so today, after renewing my subscription.   When entering my username/email and password, I am then asked to enter an “Authentication Code”.  I cannot locate an “Authentication Code” anywhere.  I have a “security code”, a “product keycode”, but I do not recall ever having an “Authentication Code”.  As far as I recall, I never set up 2-factor-authentication (and if I did, I do not receive an email or text with a code after entering my username and password). Please advise as to how I might resolve this issue. Thank you.
