Our staff would like to be able to print out the effective policies so we can have a staff meeting to go over each item in the policy and make consensus adjustments. Is there a way to print these?

The extension is suddenly malfunctioning on two of my computers, but only in Chrome (it works fine in Firefox and Edge). is it safe to remove the extension and reinstall it? 

Hello community. I have an hp envy pavilion laptop. Windows Eight. Laptop is 10 years old but ideal condition. Upon trying to install webroot after the download a pop up reads that it won't install due to probable malware and would I like to try installing with a random file name? I click 'ok' (after having already entered the key code to get to that point)., then it asks for the keycode again. I click on ok and the entire screen goes to webroot at the control panel. I don't know what to do from there. Many thanks for any help.

I have some scan logs I took if someone could possible help me find out id there is malicious software or key loggers on my pc I would appreciate it

The Scans on my Webroot have been doing something weird the last week and a half. Every four or five days I notice a scan occurred that I did not initiate nor was it a scheduled scan. I also notice that every time it happens the number of scans done is reduced to 2. I’ve already bee in contact with Customer support and uninstalled and reinstalled Webroot like they told me to do and this is still happening. I’m getting kind of paranoid now that some sort of virus is somehow messing with my Webroot. Has anyone else ever had a problem like this, I’m getting worried. I sent a support ticket on July 4th understanding that it’s a holiday and they wouldn’t get to me immediately but it’s been two days since then. 

Hello, my webroot updated to the latest version a while ago but I’m seeing an issue with the scans. It will say, “last Scan: 23 hours ago” and “Next Scan: In 23 hours” It keeps doing that and the number of scans done on my computer do not go up. I want to know what the problem with my webroot is. Could someoe please help me. Also I know I can scan it myself but the fact that it doesn’t scan autimatically makes me worried and feel like my Webroot isn’t working properly. 

I recently scanned my computer and found that in my google cache folder there was a file that was infected with Win32 LocalInfect. I am not sure when it got there because the last time I scanned everything was fine. I googled it a little bit to see what it does. I still am not completely sure what it does. I am also worried because I had a credit card saved on my google account. I just wanted know if any information that could have been on my google account is at risk. 

I am getting this error for webroot I can get it started if I press the F8 key on boot and disable the driver signing but soon as I reboot again I have the same problem. How can I fix it so web root will run with out hitting F8 everytime?

Currently seeing strange remote addresses for some of my active connections ( e.g. 2607:f8b0:4004:832: ……..) and reflects the type (of connection) as TCP6.  The application is HxTsr.exe, but have similar remote addresses for both the Winstore app and backgroundtaskhost.exe.  That said, for these same  applications / connections, I also have recognizable remote addresses ( eg 104.73.27.129:443 ) with the type of connection being TCP4.  What is the difference and is there any need to be alarmed or any action that I should take to correct this?Thanks so much !Joseph

Yeah so i was attempting to use Krnl a script executor and it says its a trojan when its really not sooo idk how to fix this if possibleor if somehow in some world they could allow Krnl but yeah

Hi all,   I may have overlooked somethign basic....   I want to email a list of hosts protected by Webroot to my client (he doesn't want to log into the console).    Is it possible to generate a report of hosts with webroot installed, and export it to pdf of csv or somethign similar?   I had a look in the reports tab but couldn't find a way of doing it.   Cheers, Simon

I cannot remember the answers to my security questions or find an authentication code to log in to my Webroot account. The only details I am sure of are my e-mail address, password and security code.

Black Mesa, Stellaris, and a few other Paradox games will crash and freeze then a blue screen then Clock Watchdog Timeout will display. It does not do this for every game as I was able to play Grand Theft Auto 5 without issue. I checked my drivers, bios, and the temperature of my gpu and cpu, both stable in all games. When I turned off the antivirus, I was about to play all the games mention without issue for hours.

Hey guys this is my first post… After a Webroot update,  task manager is showing 2 more processes , WRCoreService.x64 and WRSkyClient.x64.I know someone already posted about it but i still don’t have any info on those 2 and what they are for. Also as a customer who likes lightweight software, watching 2 extra processes from my AV without any info is not the best.I would love to see all those processes (4 in my case) grouped into 1. I am trying to remove Webroot from my pc, however there is no option in the programs list, it keeps telling me to contact my network administrator, this is a personal pc, i’ve tried to remove it in safemode with networking, at this point idk what to do outside of wiping the system

Looking through my “passwords” stored on-computer, I find “.auth-gateway.net” - what is that?  Safari has a warning by it for “too easy a password”.  I find in my cookies a cookie from the website (my service provider) dot this gateway.  It makes me nervous.  Does anyone know what this is, and why is it in my machine?

Attempting to install new webroot license for 6 devices on a laptop that has an expired webroot software already on it. The install is coming from a webroot email to install on other devices. So, after clicking the link in the webroot email, selecting download to load webroot, it does not take you to input the key screen. Instead it takes you to a screen that says you already have webrrot and it is expired and you need to renew now with a price to buy another license. I do not want to do this. How do you get around this? Do you have to completely delete the expired version of webroot off the other computer and then attempt the download again? That seems not efficient. There should be a seamless handshake to do this. Can someone help me please? Thank you.

Dear Community,  A couple weeks ago, I received an email directly to my Epson Printer, which came directly through, such as it was a fax or something, but I know the Sender used my Epson Printer email address to send it.  On the message, they claim to have access to my key strokes on my phone internet browser, demanding that I send them money via Bitcoin.  I never responded or did anything but just beef up my security software on my computers and mobile devices.  Should I be concerned, or given they’ve only tried to contact me through my assigned Epson Printer email address, that would mean that they do not already have my other email addresses or details to be able to harm me digitally?  Please advise.
